What disappointed us was the limited screening of Cinecitta. We visited the Museum and in the two hours we stayed we saw very few visitors. The Museum is very good and we highly recommend it. It is easily accessible by metro line A. It is a shame that it is not shown more.

The visit was okay, I was expecting something more elaborate but oh well, it's not Universal Studios.

We're left a little hungry after visiting Cinecittà. The exhibition is static and the visitor remains passive.

Summer 2024, wandering around Rome hunting for famous film locations. What are you doing? Aren't you going to Cinecittà? A wonderful experience, paying homage to arthouse cinema and the sets of beloved TV series. At the end of the tour, won't you buy a memorabilia? I bought a CIAK... Knowledgeable and extremely kind staff. Highly recommended!

Although it is a bit abandoned, the place has quite a few interesting things to see for someone who likes cinema. It could be much better. Too bad. I liked it quite a bit!

Cinecittà: A Journey Through Italian Art with Soprano Veronica Antonelli, Granddaughter of Photographer Sergio Alocci, Who Worked for Cinecittà @cinecitta_official @la_veronica_antonelli @montmartre_enchante CINECITTÀ – A JOURNEY THROUGH ITALIAN ART with Soprano Veronica Antonelli Granddaughter of Photographer Sergio Alocci Veronica Antonelli, a Franco-Italian soprano with a unique voice and Ambassador of the French Republic for Republican values, embarks on an emotional journey to the heart of Italian art and cinema: Cinecittà. This legendary place, the cradle of auteur cinema and the setting for countless masterpieces, is also part of her family history: her great-uncle, Sergio Alocci, was the official photographer for Cinecittà, contributing his artistic vision to the aesthetics of an era. Through her visit, Veronica pays homage to her artistic and family roots, blending opera, historical memory, and cinematic heritage. His time at Cinecittà becomes a bridge between the arts: voice and image, song and film, memory and innovation. A unique cultural offering that unites past and present, and opens the door to new sensitive and artistic narratives. #VeronicaAntonelli #OperaSoprano #OperaVoice #VocalArt #SingingInPlacesOfArt #EnchantedMonuments #VoiceOfHeritage #OperaACappella #MusicAndDemocracy #montmartresoprano #enchantedmontmartre #montmartre #cinema #Cinecittà #ItalianArt #OperaSoprano #VoiceInCity #VeronicaAntonelli #SergioAlocci #ItalianCinema #CinematicMemory #ArtisticJourney #MusicAndCinema #ItalianCulture #FilmSet #TheVoiceOfCinema #ArtisticRoots #HomageToFellini

While on vacation in Rome, looking for unique activities and tours, we came across this rather unusual tour. Initially, we hesitated to go because of the many negative reviews… But being film enthusiasts, we were finally tempted. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was very pleasant: a woman greeted us with a smile, speaking perfect French. She immediately explained what there was to see and what wasn't accessible that day—including some of the life-size sets, which were only open on certain days of the week. Once inside, we started with the costume room, probably the most interesting part! There were also film sets: this section was truly amazing. The immersive experience with a green screen was very fun and allowed us to better understand the post-production process in film. The tour ends on the set of the American submarine S-33, built for the film U-571 by director Jonathan Mostow—a truly impressive moment. In another building, there were statues and film set pieces, but this part unfortunately lacked explanations. It's a shame, because we didn't always know what we were looking at. We were also able to enter sets of houses that, from the outside, looked real, but inside, we discovered they were simply facades. It was a striking discovery, very impressive and pleasant. On the other hand, some elements were less successful: some sets were simply placed outside, without any real staging. The carriage, for example, was magnificent but very poorly positioned, which made it difficult to take proper photos. The museum itself was quite strange. It didn't seem particularly focused on cinema, or at least gave the impression of repeating the same things from one room to the next. I don't particularly recommend this part. A nice visit overall, but a little expensive for my taste for what there is to see. We should either lower the prices or enrich the experience with more modernity and content for it to be truly perfect. To remember: a nice museum, but which clearly lacks modernity. On vacation in Rome, I decided to visit this museum dedicated to the cinema, incuriosity without exception and contrasting comments. The accoglienza è stata ottima, con spiegazioni chiare en francese. The costume room is the most interesting part, but I set cinematography and hope with the green screen, very entertaining. It sets the base of U-571 in a very impressive state. There are, perhaps, no sights and no sights visible. The comprehensive museum is a curio of my small interest, and some elements were poorly valued. A beautiful hope, but the price is just what you come on offer. Museo simpatico, ma manca chiaramente di modernità.

01/11/2025: We came across this place by chance, but we came back a second time to try the delicious food. Seafood risotto, eggplant pizza and pasta with clams. Very kind and nice staff of young and smiling people. I recommend it, we would be happy to come back!
28/10/2025: Nice and honest in terms of quality cost shop! Very close to the Colosseum, ideal for a stopover or to wait until you get in!

Vinoteca Tempere

05/06/2025: Federico and Lorenzo are the best!! Very kind and helpful, even at closing. The capocollo is amazing!! We'll definitely be back 💝
25/05/2025: Bruschetta very good and special. The cold cuts and cheeses board does not reflect the standard of the place, despite the cost.
