A place with the flavor of times gone by. The owners, mother and daughter (who have also been joined by their granddaughter), have always been (my family and I have been coming here for more than 30 years) very friendly, kind and welcoming. Their presence is a guarantee of excellent local food cooked with the care of the past. We always come here for their casoncelli which fully respect the original recipe (the casing dough is slightly thick and without the addition of eggs), the filling is delicate and delicious. They are undoubtedly the best that can be found in the entire Bergamo area. If they are the best it is also and above all because they are handmade one by one as they are practically no longer found anywhere. Then deer, wild boar, rabbit, polenta... everything was delicious. True Bergamo cuisine. Absolutely worth trying. Highly recommended.

One of the few true typical Bergamo TRATTORIES, typical dishes of the area where CASONCELLI reign supreme, excellent choice of second courses where you can find game and more. Menus can be customized for every need. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
