Monica is an amazing hostess! She prepared and large table for our group and although she had limited English and we had zero Italian, she made it work and made us laugh throughout the evening. The pasta was delicious and so fresh it was made to order! (Monica even showed us the hand-cranked pasta machine in the kitchen, and talked us through how to make pasta!) I would 100% recommend giving this gorgeous little restaurant a try!!

This place has ruined all other pasta for me. The truffle pasta was the greatest thing I have ever eaten. Recommend you come, recommend you come early, get a reservation, and walk the town while you wait. Great atmosphere, lovely people, and you will NOT be disappointed!!

A restaurant where I would like to eat every day. The staff are really welcoming and kind, the service was fantastic. The food was excellent and plentiful, truly like sitting at the table in your own home with your family. Must try!

Very kind and patient owner. We ate very well. Homemade pasta and very good typical menus. We were able to eat outside in the sun even though it was December 29th. Fantastic

08/10/2025: An excellent culinary experience at an AIC restaurant. We started with a generous traditional appetizer made with high-quality ingredients. The first course, fresh pasta with "poor" fish, was the highlight of the meal. We finished with a delicious mixed fried calamari and shrimp with julienned carrots and potatoes. It's a shame we didn't get to try the desserts... The prices were absolutely reasonable for the quality and quantity of the dishes. The staff was impeccable. We can't wait to return to Viareggio!
21/09/2025: I had lunch at this restaurant with my daughter, who is celiac, and I was completely satisfied. I found the table service and the atmosphere to be good and welcoming, but above all, the quality of the food was excellent. The menu offers a variety of exclusively gluten-free and vegan options, including both seafood and meat, as well as amazing pizzas and desserts. As I told the owner when I congratulated him when it came time to pay the (fair) bill, it's definitely the best gluten-free restaurant I've found to date. RECOMMENDED +++
