I have been a customer for 10 years, I can say with great joy that I have seen them "grow" step by step... family-run restaurant, excellent quality of raw materials and professionalism in the kitchen.
The cellar is SUPPLIED just look at the photos, in my opinion the best restaurant in Caltanissetta.
I congratulate the chef and his wife, an excellent sommelier and hostess, I recommend everyone to go and taste Alessandro Papa's cuisine, see you next time.

La location si distingue per eleganza, raffinatezza e ricerca della qualità mettendo il cliente nella condizione di sentirsi a casa. L'accoglienza non è da meno, così come il servizio cordiale e attento. Menù stimolante e piatti prelibati. Nell'occasione abbiamo optato per una pizza, non la solita pizza. Biscottata e digeribilissima.
Quanto detto porta con se, inevitabilmente, qualche euro di più rispetto alla media, ma sono assolutamente giustificati.

I travel often and have been lucky enough to try restaurants all over the world, but I can confidently say that this is one of the best I've ever eaten at.
The dishes are an explosion of flavors, prepared with the freshest ingredients and with obsessive attention to detail.
The staff is professional, attentive and friendly, capable of making you feel special from start to finish. The atmosphere is refined but welcoming, which makes the experience even more pleasant.
It has nothing to envy of starred restaurants in cities like London, Paris or New York. If you love good food, this is a place you absolutely cannot miss!

Trovato per caso ma piacevolmente sorpreso. Accoglienza eccellente, servizio impeccabile con personale molto garbato, piatti sublimi, sopratutto lo spaghetto fresco mantecato al burro, caviale di aringa e musciame di tonno ( bellissimo l'effetto del musciame con il calore dello spaghetto)
se proprio devo essere pignolo e trovare una pecca, un calice di un comune vino commerciale " grillo tenuta Rapitalà" non l'avrei fatto pagare come da scontrino che equivale quasi al prezzo pieno della bottiglia, forse qualche € in meno (ma proprio se devo essere pignolo)..
Ma a parte questo, se potessi ci ritornerei anche domani pe poter assaggiare altre prelibatezze...
