A good, clean hotel, practically in the center of Alassio. The small spa on the fifth floor offers a lovely sea view. A little more maintenance wouldn't hurt, both in the rooms and in the spa.

After a few years, I returned and I must say there was a drastic change, especially in the cleanliness of the room! The bed was somehow made, dust and cobwebs, a hair on the shelf of the bathroom mirror until we left. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty after 2 days and never refilled. The intimate soap was only seen on the first day and left empty for days, including the empty toilet paper rolls. The shower, despite the panels being perfectly closed, always had water reaching our room! The only positive thing was the breakfast and, above all, the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Giuseppe! A beautiful hotel, but a bit neglected over time.

One night stay, clean room Excellent breakfast

This was our second visit, and we had a great time again. The receptionist was very courteous and knowledgeable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, both for the beach and for strolling through the town. The terrace was fantastic for aperitifs. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel's excellent location. Practically perfect for enjoying beautiful Alassio. Pros: Excellent location, both downtown and on the beach, generous breakfast, friendly staff, and the option of aperitifs on the terrace and a spa visit—very useful in case of bad weather. Cons: The room wasn't very "modern" for the price (lucky, because friends paid the same price but got a slightly better-equipped room). We, with our baby, were given the most uncomfortable room (shower in the tub, limited space, etc.). Furthermore, we were disappointed that they wanted to charge us a supplement because we booked a double room with a child. I don't know how it works in Liguria, but everywhere else, if you book a double and ask for a travel cot/crib, you pay the cot supplement. There's certainly no supplement, otherwise we would have opted for a triple. Luckily, we made ourselves heard and only paid for the crib, but I find the situation we found ourselves in at check-in absurd... a bit senseless considering how things work differently outside of Liguria... Even paying the tourist tax, for example... is done in the end, folks. If you don't want the world to continue with the story of "stingy Ligurians," avoid this kind of thing. Another downside: no parking. Booking.com or the website says free private parking upon reservation, but the hotel portal you enter through the QR code says private paid parking. There is, in fact, a parking lot... very dangerous (be careful with your car!).... You have to pay! All in all, I don't feel like giving it less than three stars, but I hope this review will encourage the hotel to do better because it has great potential!

Clean and friendly and helpful staff

Great location, convenient for both the center and the beach. Easy to find parking in the nearby streets, if the hotel parking is not available. The furnishings are a bit dated. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.

The location is strategic, because it is a stone's throw from the beach and the alleys of the center. The room is very small and worn out by wear and tear and the years, in fact the furniture is ruined and the bathroom is in terrible condition, in addition the tiles on one wall are detached. The breakfast is good but not entirely international. The staff is very kind and friendly and that is the only thing that raises the level. This hotel is not up to a 3 star, but only a good 2! The value for money is a bit poor.

We stayed one night with breakfast and I have to say nothing, everything was excellent, a welcoming family room with two small balconies... bathroom with large shower... the small connecting room was nice... we will return with our son, the right breakfast
