Special thanks go to the manager, Domenico, whose attentive yet discreet presence made our stay even more comfortable. Kudos also to the reception staff, Laura, Marta, and Gabriele, who were always smiling, efficient, and ready to assist with any request. The hotel's welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. A special mention goes to the beautiful town of Alassio, in the province of Savona: a true gem on the Ligurian Riviera, with its charming historic center. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Liguria. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a vacation characterized by relaxation, quality, and authentic hospitality.

We stayed at this property for one night. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. We didn't use the spa because €15 per person for an hour seemed excessive, considering we were already guests. The room is truly dated, lacking colors and appropriate paintings, and the bathroom was absolutely inconvenient, with a poorly maintained bathtub attached to a bidet. The fact that they don't accept cash is unacceptable and illegal.

A good, clean hotel, practically in the center of Alassio. The small spa on the fifth floor offers a lovely sea view. A little more maintenance wouldn't hurt, both in the rooms and in the spa.

After a few years, I returned and I must say there was a drastic change, especially in the cleanliness of the room! The bed was somehow made, dust and cobwebs, a hair on the shelf of the bathroom mirror until we left. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty after 2 days and never refilled. The intimate soap was only seen on the first day and left empty for days, including the empty toilet paper rolls. The shower, despite the panels being perfectly closed, always had water reaching our room! The only positive thing was the breakfast and, above all, the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Giuseppe! A beautiful hotel, but a bit neglected over time.
