The hospitality and courtesy further enhance the pleasure of spending a holiday in such an enchanting place. The spa is definitely an added bonus, as is the breakfast room with its extremely friendly staff. I wholeheartedly recommend it, even for short weekend breaks.

We stayed at this property for one night. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. We didn't use the spa because €15 per person for an hour seemed excessive, considering we were already guests. The room is truly dated, lacking colors and appropriate paintings, and the bathroom was absolutely inconvenient, with a poorly maintained bathtub attached to a bidet. The fact that they don't accept cash is unacceptable and illegal.

Overall a positive experience, I recommend you visit this hotel near the sea in Alassio.

A good, clean hotel, practically in the center of Alassio. The small spa on the fifth floor offers a lovely sea view. A little more maintenance wouldn't hurt, both in the rooms and in the spa.

After a few years, I returned and I must say there was a drastic change, especially in the cleanliness of the room! The bed was somehow made, dust and cobwebs, a hair on the shelf of the bathroom mirror until we left. The shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty after 2 days and never refilled. The intimate soap was only seen on the first day and left empty for days, including the empty toilet paper rolls. The shower, despite the panels being perfectly closed, always had water reaching our room! The only positive thing was the breakfast and, above all, the kindness and friendliness of Mr. Giuseppe! A beautiful hotel, but a bit neglected over time.
