An excellent experience! At Borgo Nuovo, you can experience the true Tuscan atmosphere: a warm welcome, carefully prepared and flavorful dishes, quality ingredients, and carefully selected wines. The Florentine steak is simply spectacular, and the authentic side dishes perfectly complement the menu. Attentive and friendly service, a refined and pleasant atmosphere. A restaurant truly worth discovering, and one I will definitely return to!

I happened upon this family-run restaurant. Always busy and full (there are three restaurants in the area, one of which was closed). I expected to wait for my food (it was packed and I'd read complaints in the reviews), and that was the case, but they let me know, so I appreciated it. I understand this because it's family-run and they try to feed everyone, so the kitchen isn't easy. I'd rather wait and eat well than have a poor product in a short time. Excellent food, they make the cured meats themselves, great prices for someone like me from a big city, and the staff is friendly and welcoming, typically Tuscan. I felt comfortable, like everything else, and I even overindulged, so I can only say good things about it. The atmosphere is that of a true, classic osteria (in the authentic sense, not the fashionable definition these days).

We had a wonderful evening eating excellent Tuscan food with Alice, who was incredibly kind and perfect in every way. We'll definitely be back! ☺️

Great home-style restaurant in a charming Tuscan village. We were surprised that a restaurant could thrive in such a small village. Home-style Tuscan dishes, I recommend trying the desserts after lunch - absolutely great refreshment, we don't have anything like that at home. Prices are average for the region. The village itself is worth a visit, it is really beautiful, where Kokořín is digging.

Very friendly service. The waitress came to explain the menu in English, which we really appreciated. The food was very tasty and for a very fair price. If you are in the area, we recommend you to come here.
