Tried it once and we were ecstatic, excellent food, courtesy and friendliness that never hurts.
N.B. I have been back four times and they always recommend the first course of the day or the second course, always superlative.

Nice restaurant, where customer care comes first.
Fish cuisine, where you can truly enjoy the freshness and flavor of a spectacular raw material.
Compliments to the chef for the dishes and to the staff for the professionalism demonstrated.
In the photo, welcome entrée, tonnarelli cheese, pepper, octopus and mint, fried calamari and prawns (exceptional).

Come antipasto non ordinato ci hanno offerto un minitortino di lumache aromatizzate con zafferano ed altro, che era favoloso.
Ottimi primi, secondi e dessert.
Attenzione alla tradizione felicemente coniugata con gradevoli ed originali invenzioni culinarie.

I went to the Borgo for lunch today, February 15th, at ciao belli, an excellent experience, the staff were very kind, the food was excellent, cooked impeccably, a very pleasant discovery that I can't wait to share!! Well done and see you very soon!

January 2025 update:
Well I barely got over the impossibility of being able to say goodbye to the good Stefano... He certainly hasn't passed away... They tell me he's passing away anyway... but I would have gladly said goodbye to him and I'm sorry. The place has changed... it's different... I ate well and will return to try other dishes. Refined and delicate service... it's a Pindaric leap compared to what I knew... but nothing lasts forever and therefore we will have to taste the rest
A Master of entertainment and good food... It's always a pleasure.. Stefano and all the staff are number 1
