Thanks to a friend I was in the place, where I found a competent owner of German beers like I've never found. Friendly, professional and also generous! Beers of all tastes, on tap. The waiters were very patient and polite. The hamburger was VERY GOOD, the side dish was nice and plentiful. The bathroom was as clean as I've ever seen, like the rest of the place. I really have NOTHING to COMPLAIN about. I went on Sunday with my girlfriend and dog. Very kind owner and good waiters. Great food and beer. Rustic and welcoming place. Super beer ribs and also the hamburger. To return.

I ended up by chance, with my wife, in this welcoming place due to the closure of the boat bridge due to the imminent flooding of the Ticino; excellent pub, well furnished, family atmosphere, contagious friendliness of the staff in the room. We ate excellent and generous portions of polenta with mushrooms, sausage and pork accompanied by two very well-matched glasses of red wine; followed by a "bireramisū" (a curious but tasty variant of tiramisu with the addition of beer) and a good coffee, all at a cost in line with the market and in any case adequate for the generous offer. As soon as possible we will return to try the baked shank: seen arriving at the nearby table, it looks and smells delicious. I highly recommend a visit. Flavio Moriggi.
