I already knew La Vecchia Osteria in Genazzano for its excellent traditional Roman dishes—a true guarantee of quality, authentic flavors, and a family atmosphere. Last Thursday, I had the opportunity to try the seafood menu, and I was thrilled. The freshest fish, cooked with great skill and respect for the ingredients. Each dish was a perfect balance of simplicity and flavor, without unnecessary frills: you could taste the hand of those who truly know what they're doing. The staff, like the owners, are exceptional: kind, helpful, and passionate. They make you feel at home, with a care that is increasingly rare these days. The prices are absolutely fair, especially considering the quality offered. If you're looking for a place to eat well, spend a fair amount, and feel welcomed like family, La Vecchia Osteria is a must. I'll definitely be back!
