Come da titolo sono capitato qui per caso, ore 14:25 entro in questo bar chiedendo se è possibile mangiare un panini o tramezzino, il ragazzo molto gentile mi indica che sopra c'è la trattoria se vogliamo accomodarci. Saliamo e veniamo accolti da Gianluca che ci fa accomodare e spiega il menù.....qui non c'è menù scritto ma menù verbale elencato in modo sapiente da Gianluca. Visto l'orario e un po' di fretta optiamo per i classici Pici, che però qui di classico non hanno nulla....sono tre anni che vengo in Toscana ma Pici così non li ho mai assaggiati...buonissimi, servizio superbo e con nostra sorpresa prezzo nella media, se vi capita provate perchè davvero merita.

Nel regno di Sua Maestà "la bollicina"...in casa dell'Oste Gianluca Monaci, Gran Cavaliere dello Champagne: momento di alto godimento. Cucina nostrale, sapori di una volta, della nonna, materia prima a km zero, gusti genuini...esaltati da vini di gran pregio, da una cantina con etichette prestigiose ma non solo...bollicine, italiane, francesi e rossi di struttura. Cortesia, gentilezza, professionalità e tanta simpatia e buonumore da parte di tutto lo staff. Lasciatevi guidare ed accompagnare per mano dal Mastro Oste in un viaggio sensoriale molto particolare. Consigliatissimo.

03/06/2025: Fabulous place, very rustic and traditional, delicious typical Tuscan dishes. Excellent risotto with asparagus, a little dull the strozzapreti with mushrooms. The perfect rabbit melted in the mouth, as did the wild boar. Also very good the panna cotta. Perfect service, excellent advice on the wine. A very good red from Montalcino. Good value for money, also considering the location.

20/06/2025: A beautiful discovery in the heart of Chiusdino! We were welcomed by friendly, professional and at the same time pleasant staff, who immediately made us feel at ease. The location is truly unique: we had the pleasure of having lunch in the suggestive “cave” room, a unique environment that makes the experience even more special. The food is of good quality, with genuine and tasty local products, well cooked and carefully presented. The service was fast, attentive and never intrusive, perfect for enjoying lunch in peace. The quality-price ratio is also excellent. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, taste and an atmosphere different from the usual.
