Met at a food stand during a village festival.
Intrigued by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) sign displayed,
I tried the gluten-free, lactose-free panzerotto (€4), which was really good!
They make gluten-free pucce, frittini, panzerotti, and pizzas.
Must try!

What can I say? This evening it became my favorite pizzeria. The dough and quality of the ingredients were SUPERB, and what a flavor. After 20 minutes, we were already eating, and it's Saturday.
They were quick, very kind, and welcoming.
In short, spectacular. We'll definitely be back 😉

The staff are friendly, smiling, and fast. The pizza dough is light and flavorful. The meatballs and zucchini flowers are also delicious. Excellent service and a pleasant, quiet atmosphere.
