I have never had any problems with delivero, always on time. Order pizzas from you at 6pm!!!! They were supposed to arrive at 8.30pm, it's 9.20pm and the delivery update keeps postponing!!! Never again.... I'll change the review after your kind response, if it's Delivero's fault there's no point in giving you a negative review. The pizza arrived late and cold, so your explanation fits, that is, the pizza was ready but no one collected it. I live a few steps away from you, 400 meters away, and the rider despite everything delivered first to a place further away instead of passing by me. result? A disaster, even colder pizza and delay increased by 10 minutes. Sorry for the review. The only flaw was that the pizza had most of the edge without toppings, at least three fingers to give an idea, but overall good.
