Excellent experience, especially during the week you can enjoy the calm to appreciate every single thing. Staff always friendly, it's a shame that when I left I was treated like a thief! Almost half an hour to check the purchases made, with verbal and behavioral aggression! Definitely a gratuitous mortification! These people must be well prepared for their work otherwise they will alienate the public!!

However, it is always a pleasant experience. Wide choice of products, I was looking for a bottle brush and I found it. I always recommend going during the week. Parking, in fact, on Saturdays and Sundays is a challenge, even though the structure has a large car park. The dining area is well equipped with a minimal but very welcoming style. Large and almost always well-kept bathrooms. Only two critical points should be noted: the long waits at customer service. It took me 15 minutes to make a return. Another point to improve is the staff (not all, some to tell the truth), well prepared but not very kind and not very welcoming.

Even chocolate and cakes. I don't want more but I prefer Mediterranean cuisine. Parking is ample. Avoid public holidays if you can. I don't know the times. See them on the internet. By the way, if you are not skilled in assembly it is better to pay and let the experts do it. They say it's easy but it depends what they mean by easy. If it is the same meter as the self-checkouts then I would have something to complain about "easy assembly".

I've been going there for years. Always a guarantee. I also like the refreshment point and the shop they have. In the past, I have dealt with customer service and they were very efficient in resolving the issue I had. The staff is always very kind and professional, ready to satisfy every customer's need.

I've had nothing but good times here. They do get rather busy, so make sure you go on a week day not weekend. Have bought a great bed and mattress (and had them deliver), lots of stuff for my kitchen, etc. You can get the IKEA experience in Italy...

There are many things missing from Ikea (Afragola)! Mattresses you always have to wait a long time and only home delivery.
