EDIT: After 9 years, the checkout counters are still working almost decently. It's impossible to get near the store on Sunday and Saturday afternoons due to the endless lines. During the week, it's a great option for inexpensive furniture purchases, but also for picking up some tasty food or specialty drinks from Sweden.

I went there because I needed new socks and they told me that Marco Marfè was selling them in the parking lot but I didn't see him... too bad, I think I'll come back another day hoping to be luckier.

Is there any public transport that goes from Naples center to the IKEA? I checked and there is a bus which leaves you 2.7 KM away from IKEA. Is it walkable? I mean it goes through the main roads like highway. Is it possible to reach IKEA by walk ?

I had a mishap with the delivery; I found a package missing. Since there were several pieces, I wasn't able to check everything carefully. The call center was really kind in ordering me a new part, which wasn't even that cheap, and the Afragola store was even kinder. Be careful with deliveries; have all the packages checked.

It's always a pleasant experience going to Ikea... everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. You'll find everything you need for your home. The breakfasts are also top notch.

It's always a pleasure to browse IKEA for ideas and practical solutions for the home. They're unique in enhancing small spaces and providing practical solutions for everyday life. 23/01/2026: The place is very pleasant. The covered terraces, perfect for keeping warm during the winter, offer stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains. The food is remarkably good, arriving quickly and piping hot, made with high-quality local ingredients that allow you to experience authentic Campanian cuisine. International dishes are available for children. The service is excellent. The food is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in a restaurant located next to such a popular tourist attraction.
25/10/2025: Mediocre but serviceable food. Grab a bite before seeing Pompeii, nothing much else to say.
