The experience was overall positive: the underlying idea is truly interesting, and the passion behind the project is palpable. However, the organization leaves something to be desired. At times, there's a certain amount of confusion and general disarray that risks compromising the initiative's effectiveness.
With more structured management and greater attention to organizational details, it could really make a leap in quality. It remains a valid and promising experience, with the potential to become excellent.

Honestly, there's never any staff available to ask for information, and if by some strange chance you do find someone, they'll answer just fine.
Another drawback is that, unfortunately, compared to other stores in northern Italy, you never find what you need.
Every time I go, they're busy with renovations (they never end). There's no free coffee like at other IKEAs. The disabled parking spaces are always occupied by others. It's chaotic, even though some of the staff are friendly, 50% ignore you or respond rudely and hastily. I recommend that if you really can't buy online, arm yourself with patience and courage.

A piece of Sweden in Naples. Great shopping center on the outskirts of the city. Here you can find furniture, meatballs, a cafe and a bistro. There are good parking options. The high hedges that frame the parking lots are not entirely Swedish in terms of health, environment and safety.
Since the company is Swedish, from the country that created Volvo and placed great emphasis on safety, someone should have invented the hedge trimmer and tidied things up. Cut the height down a bit.
Hedges are all the rage. Great with green plants that purify the air and provide oxygen. It is the height of the hedge that poses challenges. Continue with the hedge. 100 meter hedge, 500 meter hedge, preferably longer. But in length not height.

Excellent experience, especially during the week you can enjoy the calm to appreciate every single thing. Staff always friendly, it's a shame that when I left I was treated like a thief! Almost half an hour to check the purchases made, with verbal and behavioral aggression! Definitely a gratuitous mortification! These people must be well prepared for their work otherwise they will alienate the public!!

Nei giorni feriali probabile che il servizio ed il self service Sono ridotti, ma la qualità è un altra cosa. Una cotoletta con un sapore di cipolla stringente ed abbondante : mi chiedo ai bambini se piace. Personale disponibile. Prezzi nella media di punti ristori simili.
