Convenience, practicality
Renovated in the departments, lots of new ideas.
Oh, unfortunately in the toilet department and the hot dog break department the services left a lot to be desired.... In the first case, for the first time, they were dirty.
In the second case, slow service and a sales assistant had recovered a meatball after rolling and ... more and luckily after a kind request (superfluous in my opinion) they replaced the tray for me
For the series I don't believe it but it happened

Ikea Napoli (Afragola) is truly equipped with everything to furnish your home, the staff is very kind and helpful, and rather than feeling disoriented by the multitude of furniture, you feel at "home" :D

I was in the Ikea store in Afragola and over several days (because my needs changed) we developed a project for a kitchen. I was welcomed, initially, by Mrs Olimpia Pellecchia and the following day by Mrs Teresa Russo. I wanted to point out the kindness, professionalism and courtesy of the two sales assistants. It is a pleasure to find such helpful people to whom I wish good work and above all a good life.
