White shirt boy who today (24 April 2025 around 6.30pm/7pm) picked up a stuffed animal (which looked like a panda to me) at Ikea in Genoa and offered to help me with a piece of furniture. My husband and I went to the IKEA GENOA invoice and returns office on the ground floor to return a sofa. We were very lucky to be served by Mrs. Raffaella! Luckily there are people like Mrs. Raffaella: very well-prepared, very professional, efficient and kind, understanding, also very nice! Thank you Raffaella. It was a pleasure meeting her.

Unsatisfactory experience. When designing the kitchen I was not informed either that a wall unit was missing or that internal shelves were not available. Result in a back and forth to get the missing pieces. And some internal shelves are still missing which must be purchased in greater numbers than necessary as they are packaged in packs of 3 (I only need one shelf)

On Saturday morning I visited Ikea to shop for furniture and home accessories, and I must say that the experience was overall positive. From the entrance you can perceive the care taken in the organization of the spaces, with a well-structured path that accompanies the customer through the different sections, making it easy to find inspiration for every domestic environment. Among my main purchases were an elegant and functional dinner set, cups perfect for daily coffee, some minimalist frames that adapt to any decor style and two splendid indoor plants: a Calathea Orbifolia, with its striped leaves and decorative, and a white orchid, which adds a touch of elegance to any corner. The plants were in excellent condition and well cared for, a sign of particular attention to the green department. I also took advantage of the wide selection of furniture to complete some rooms in the house. The quality of the products is good, especially considering the competitive prices. It was nice to be able to combine aesthetics and functionality without spending a fortune. The staff was friendly and helpful, helping me choose the products best suited to my needs. A small note regarding crowding: Saturday morning is a popular time, and some areas were quite chaotic. However, the efficiency at the checkouts reduced waiting times, making the conclusion of the experience quick and stress-free. In summary, Ikea confirms itself as an ideal choice for those looking for practical and accessible design solutions, with an excellent variety of products for every taste and need. A visit that I recommend, especially for those who love to personalize their spaces with details such as plants and decorations.

For those familiar with the Ikea brand, the following is nothing new: innovative, assorted, solutions for every type and apartment as well as for the office. The shop is arranged on two floors, of which the second is implemented by a refreshment area for a coffee or a good quick meal at a popular price. The staff at the refreshment point and in the electronics area were extremely kind despite the amount of rude and disorderly customers. How much is not noticeable to the reception staff, who, in a rude manner, asked me where I was going while I was heading to the lockers to retrieve the jacket left there.
