We went to Sakana on the recommendation of some people who had spoken quite highly of it and we can confirm that we were pleasantly surprised. We went as a couple with a newborn in a stroller for lunch. The waitress was very nice and cheerful with the child, she made us smile and contributed to creating a pleasant environment. The menu is quite extensive compared to many other restaurants and the quality of the fish particularly satisfied us: the fish was of obvious quality while the sushi rice had both the right flavor and temperature and it is not easy to find this combination of positivity in all restaurants. The Chinese food was excellent, the noodles were made very well, cooked just right and were not greasy, while the grilled beef was soft and tasty, as was the grilled salmon which melted in the mouth. The dishes had a really nice style. We believe it is one of the best places in Cesena regarding the quality of food and service, we definitely plan to return in the future.
