After a morning walk in the historic center of Trento we stopped at Ibris to refresh our tummies and I must say that I had a very good time! Really good pizza, light and very tasty with a wide variety of flavours. The bathroom was very clean and the room was small but welcoming! I will definitely be back 😉🍕

The guy who heats the pizzas is excellent, I think his name is Daniel, a tall dark-haired guy in his thirties. Great!

Excellent pizzas with very light and digestible dough, quality ingredients and interesting combinations, excellent being able to take multiple slices of different flavors to wander around and try new pizzas

La pizza mi è piaciuta molto e anche la filosofia che c'è dietro con tante iniziative per chi è in difficoltà economica (pizza sospesa o pizze gratuite in particolari circostanze) à sicuramente lodevole. Il locale non è enorme, ma molto curato... bella anche l'idea di mettere le forbici a disposizione, oltre alle classiche posate Essendo io un'idrovora, ho trovato la pizza un po' piccolina, ma gli ingredienti sono di ottima qualità. Forse unica "pecca", il prezzo per le bevande che secondo me è un filino elevato, ma ci tornerò volentieri.

Locale pulito, servizio estremamente cortese. La pizza è quadrata ed è Piu piccola di una pizza normale. Base pizza eccezionale, la migliore che abbia assaggiato a Trento: gradevole e leggera. Ottima scelta di birre artigianali. Da migliorare decisamente la qualità dei latticini di condimento alla pizza: fiordilatte e bufala scadenti.

20/01/2025: I was looking for a place that served gluten-free dishes in Trento and I was immediately attracted by the unconventional name "Uva & Menta". My husband and I, even without a reservation, were seated and served almost immediately. Splendid and smiling welcome from all the staff. The owner is a person who puts his heart into what he does. Our pizzas arrived almost immediately and.... SUPREME DELIGHT. Excellent quality ingredients and undoubtedly the best gluten-free pizza my husband has ever eaten (a very stuffed calzone). Even my crock, with regular flour, was an explosion of flavor. Wide choice of craft beers, including gluten-free ones. The place has a young and colorful soul all its own, cheerful, with music as the background of the evening. We felt really pampered. Nice atmosphere! We will definitely return even if we are from Bolzano. It's worth the trip to sample other specialties. Congratulations indeed.
