Food; two good sandwiches, with classic industrial chips as a side dish. Good but expensive, 24 euros. Never mind, Rage Against the Machine is here! Service: Good draft beers. Too bad they arrived RIGHT AFTER the sandwiches... come on. Bring them straight away so while they wait they finish and ask for an encore...Okay Soundgarden are here! Atmosphere: It was 5 until you stopped Black Sabbath to move on to Vasco Rossi, Mia Martini and Massimo Ranieri!!! Let's be serious... How can you enjoy an IPA with Massimo Ranieri?!?!? It's really a shame... P.S. Detailed following the owner's response: 1. Yes, two "Beccamorto": 200g scottona hamburgers for €24. In my opinion they remain expensive given that they cost as much as the Angus burgers in Palermo in the most famous steakhouses. 2. For the beer it was enough to say: "We need to change the keg, do you want to wait or will we bring you another beer in the meantime?". 3. Music automatically filters customers. We only went in for two draft beers and stayed because we liked the music. We certainly wouldn't have ordered food with the music of "mature" people :D Happy Sunday :).

Very low quality/price ratio. The food is quite good, but lately they have lost quality. The cuts have become diced and broken down. The variety of beers has also significantly decreased. I sincerely hope that they return to the splendor of when they opened, with excellent meats and a wide variety of beers

04/06/2025: We had dinner in this place facing the bay, beautiful view. Impeccable service, a very kind waiter. The menu ordered was a fixed price, the quality of the food was quite good, but it still left us with something not completely satisfying. What not to do, however, is to add to the bill a coffee and a bitter that were listed on the fixed price menu. I would recommend it if it had prices more in line with the offer and maybe I would go back too, but otherwise I don't think I would repeat the experience.
27/05/2025: We had excellent food and drinks, it's a shame we were only here for one night otherwise we would eat at Cumpa again.

24/05/2025: On the occasion of the Bersaglieri National Gathering, we went from Pordenone to Marsala. We enjoyed the hospitality, the food, the wine that we received at Bottega del Carmine! Not only food, wine and service but also a lot of availability! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
16/05/2025: Very well-kept place, beautiful hospitality, very kind staff, very refined and delicate dishes thanks to the skill of the chef Angelo, We hope to return to Marsala to have the pleasure of tasting other specialties.
