I torchietti In Finale ligure

We were visiting Finalborgo with family and friends and stopped for dinner at this restaurant. We were greeted warmly and professionally. Each of us had a different first course, but we all loved the quantity and flavor. The fried anchovies, the dish of the day, were also excellent. The waitress was excellent. I recommend it.

We had a great meal. The food was very tasty and the portions generous! They catered to our dietary needs, and the service was generally attentive and friendly!

My husband and I noticed this place last night while the medieval festival was underway. We wanted a quiet, seated dinner, and since there was room for two, we stopped. The second room after the entrance is truly beautiful. We were amazed. There's a large millstone from the olive press. Some very beautiful artwork, the logs that give the restaurant its name, and the colorful table settings with each table being different and the chairs all colored. The staff was very friendly, professional, fast, and attentive. And the food was truly excellent. Authentic, top-quality ingredients, homemade and divinely cooked. The ravioli tasted like the ones my mom makes. The egg pudding was sublime. The panissa was exceptional. The maltagliati with fish was very good and delicate. We'll be back again to try their other specialties. I highly recommend this place.

The menu isn't overly extensive, considering it's a bistro. The food is good, with portions that aren't large but are overall adequate. The wine list is excellent.

Everything we've ordered has been delicious. The squid with zucchini is one of the best I've ever had, and I have to say I live in a coastal town. The raw tuna is excellent.

This restaurant offers a wide selection of typical Ligurian dishes, well-prepared and tasty. Portions are modest, and the quality/price ratio is fair. A very quaint place with friendly service. Reasonable wait times.
