We're spending a day in Florence and for lunch we decide to stop at this restaurant recommended by a friend to enjoy local cuisine. We find ourselves in a welcoming and clean environment just outside the city center. Naturally, we all order a delicious Florentine steak of excellent quality, paired with a red wine from a wide selection, and a generous dessert to round out the meal. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely return, perhaps in the evening to experience a different atmosphere.

I had lunch at I Templari and can say without hesitation that it was a truly memorable experience. The quality of the fish is exceptional, incredibly fresh, and prepared with great respect for the ingredients. The dishes are carefully prepared, balanced, and generous: distinct flavors, perfectly cooked, and a cuisine that manages to be both refined and sincere. The lobster spaghetti (as pictured) is simply extraordinary: creamy, fragrant, and rich in flavor, without ever being heavy. The service is also excellent: professional, attentive, and friendly, making you feel at ease without being intrusive. The atmosphere is welcoming and elegant, ideal for both a special dinner and a quality lunch. A truly stand-out seafood restaurant in Florence. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
