The sushi itself was great with the exception of one roll that was kind of dry. The main reason for the 3 stars is the owner refused to turn up the air conditioning. We're all in there spending 50-100€ and you don't want to spend 3€ on air conditioning?

Extremely fresh, well-crafted and very good products. In addition to having refined cuisine, the service is perfect and the restaurant setting is very pretty! I recommend.

La verdad que nos encanto! Me enxanta la comida japonesa y este es uno de mis favorites ya que en italia esperando comer pizza y pasta pero el lugar es muy lindo y el personal es bastante amiable la calidad de los alimentos genial... ordenamos demasiadas cosas pero todo muy rico

Eden Sushi well exceeded our expectations. The food was unbelievable. We came home talking about how delicious it was. We ate tempura shrimp, 2 different salmon sushi rolls, salmon nigiri and salmon sashimi. The service provided by Simone and Uri was exceptional. We already have another date night planned before we leave.

Ho prenotato con app The Fork con 20% di sconto. Locale storico molto bello e particolare, personale di sala giovane, dinamico e molto gentile. Rispetto al classico All you can eat ha decisamente una marcia in più, i piatti sono più curati e più buoni...i ravioli fantastici, il sushi buonissimo, la tempura leggera e croccante. Consiglio assolutamente approfittate dello sconto.

Kooka

28/08/2024: Kooka is an à la carte sushi restaurant in the historic center of this town in the province of La Spezia, where we have been several times. We're on the safe side here: we always feel pampered by the service which has been made up of the same team for years - a team that wins doesn't change! The professionalism and courtesy with which they accompany the customer throughout the dinner has not changed either, still remaining on an informal tone, without embarrassing. They will be able to advise you on wines, or explain each dish. Fantastic. As for the location, the restaurant has more internal rooms for the winter, but the real magic is the summer: you will eat in a wonderful internal garden close to the ancient walls of the city. We have been to Kooka a great number of times and a rating lower than 5 stars out of 5 has never crossed our minds. We believe hands down that it is the best sushi restaurant in the province of La Spezia; we would perhaps like to see the creativity that characterizes uramaki also played in other parts of the menu.
15/08/2024: Nice place, clean, friendly staff and run by Italians. Very good cuisine!! We will definitely be back 🙂
