Il ristorante e' in posizione centrale e va raggiunto a piedi, poiche' e' zona a traffico limitato. Il cibo e' mediocre ed i rolls avevano piu' o meno tutti lo stesso sapore. Il servizio e' eccellente, relativamente veloce, con camerieri educatissimi, precisi ed ordinati. Il menu' a differenza della maggioranza dei ristoranti di sushi e' alla carta e non all you can eat. Positivo da una parte, perche' non bisogna, per forza, spendere una cifra fissa che porta sempre a sprecare cibo. Direi che per il rapporto prezzo-qualita'-ambiente, e' caro. Naturalmente il pesce e' surgelato, pero' gli involtini primavera, versione mini e gli speciali nella pagina delle novita' erano molto buoni, avevano almeno un gusto definito .

Sushi Top

08/06/2025: Updated the menu. Added strawberry, mango, passion fruit dishes. Very delicious, especially the strawberry sushi.
30/05/2025: Good quality, especially for some dishes. Good service overall. Among the best sushi in the area with all-you-can-eat mode.

28/03/2025: everything that was made with tempura and the shrimp tempura itself was cold. (shame because it seemed a little greasy and could have been good). the dry carpaccios, the dishes not very well cared for, the avocado and salmon tartare was tiny with very little avocado, the waiters forgot the requests and some were not very friendly. others did not understand Italian (they were all Indians) The two Chinese owners on the other hand were very kind and efficient.
04/03/2025: Great place to eat really quality sushi here in Sarzana! Excellent food, excellent service, they are kind and attentive to customers while maintaining discretion towards the customer. Very nice atmosphere, where you can spend an evening as a couple or as a family! Advised!!!
