In a beautiful alley of beautiful Osimo here is a young and friendly pinseria run by guys who know how to welcome their customers well. Pleasantly good pinse, made with digestible flours and also very tasty: recommended!

We tried the wholemeal dough and it was really excellent!!! The frying is also fantastic, you don't eat many that are so good!! The lovely place, the perfect service. Compliments!!!

Very good Pinsa, crunchy, light even if well seasoned, one of the best in the area. I hadn't booked and unfortunately there was no room inside, but the guys were very kind in finding us a table outside, the weather helped us as it wasn't cold. Highly recommended for an informal dinner.

09/02/2025: I had dinner here on a Saturday evening, we queued at the door despite the reservation, because we eat in shifts, then they found the table, after the reservation in five minutes they served one of us, then a fried dish arrived, after 15 minutes a first course, after another 15 minutes another first course, then the pizza and after another 20 minutes the last first course. We didn't have a bad meal but it's nothing special. We will definitely not be returning. I advise against it
