No improvisation, but culinary technique, expertise, and meticulous customer service: qualities that have won the hearts (and palates) of many of us. I recommend it without hesitation: Marta and Sandro, the owners, will satisfy even the most refined needs. A full 5-star rating because they manage to offer so much at an excellent price.

The real highlight, however, is the cuisine. The osteria offers delicious dishes, the result of passionate, artisanal preparation, with meticulous attention to selecting local ingredients. Each offering is a journey through the most authentic flavors of the Marche region. The service is equally impressive: the owners, always super cheerful, kind, and hospitable, know how to make you feel at home. Highly recommended!
