Structure immersed in the greenery of the mountains, excellent location for visiting the surrounding places, welcoming and clean room, excellent cuisine too. But if I have to say the best thing about this hotel is definitely the exceptional staff!! Greetings to Antonio, Sara, Simone, Giuseppe, Rita Sebastiano and Francesco to the two girls at the reception who are always kind and polite, to Mr. Antonio who I met at breakfast at the waiter in the impeccable room... in short, everyone was really really good and professional, a hug to everyone and see you soon.

Hotel is good but little to do in the area.

This hotel resort is a fantastic place to relax and recharge. It's very kid-friendly, and the staff are both amazing and friendly, paying great attention to detail. They did a wonderful job celebrating my friend's birthday. Most importantly, the food is incredible. They also have a great selection of wines, and the sommelier is very knowledgeable. Additionally, massages are available if booked in advance.

Great hotel only 40 mins from Naples, well connected with Pompei and Ercolano or Monte Faito great for hiking activities in summer or winter. Great SPA (a new one is coming by end of 2024) and food experience mixed with the typical products of the area. It's definetly my place to go when I want to relax, enjoy the nature and have great food.

Beautiful resort, quiet and clean. The reception Miss Pia was very kind. I recommend it for relaxation and holidays.

My parents stayed one night and one day with dinner and breakfast. They have always provided a helpful and kind service, always ready to welcome you with a smile. The dinner was of satisfactory quality served by a very kind maître (Francesco) ready to give explanations and illustrate the various courses. The same can be said for breakfast. Experience to be repeated

A very nice hotel with very good comfort. The location is great for the view of the Bay of Naples. On the other hand, access is a little difficult via a very winding and very busy road.

Easter Monday lunch all good and plentiful.

3 years ago I gave 5 stars because everything was perfect.. the food and the staff were top notch, they gave a lot of attention, they were always attentive to everything and above all they made you feel important.. they gave a warm welcome and today the food is always delicious.. but the service and the staff I only give 1 star.. but if I could give half I would give them half a star.. because the staff now pays very little attention.. they aren't attentive to anything.. they don't know how to organize themselves.. they are very cold .. only one waiter remains the same as 3 years ago and he is the only one who jokes with customers and with a smile... with that I said it all.. My thoughts.. with the staff of 3 years ago it could have flown high.. With today's staff and everything a go down
