Authentic and genuine place, excellent meat and honest price. One of the few places that has not bowed to the whims of tourists. You won't find 20 types of gourmet bombette stuffed (most of the time without conscience) as if they were sandwiches. Here the meat is excellent and is prepared according to tradition, small bombettes that explode in your mouth. Furthermore, and this is a rare thing to find, they also serve small meatballs, ideal if you have children (in addition to the traditional cingum). All this just a stone's throw from the historic center. This place must be preserved as a UNESCO heritage site!!!

Discovered by chance, it is a panacea for those who want to eat excellent meat in Martina Franca. Attached to the historic center, but easy for parking. Very good meat, kind and helpful staff, excellent prices. Definitely worth returning!
