Today we ate at this typical Molise osteria. The service was friendly and attentive to celiac disease. I only had a small complaint about the caponata, and the owner, without even mentioning it, took it off the bill even though I had eaten it. The quality/price ratio is excellent.

We spent a day in Campobasso and asked a local shop owner for a restaurant recommendation and they suggested this straight away. They even called and booked a table for us. When we arrived, the table was already set and we were made very welcome. The food was excellent, the wine choice very, very extensive. The meal was fantastic. When we left, the owner greeted us at the door and thanked each of us. What a delight! Go and try it. You will not be disappointed.

Very kind owner, friendly and super knowledgeable in the wine field. Dishes with excellent ingredients and very well prepared without frills and with a lot of substance .. some really interesting and typical. Thanks to Stefano! I will return every time I pass by these parts. Highly recommended 👍

12/09/2025: A very special restaurant in the heart of Campobasso... My partner and I go every summer when we are on holiday in C. San Vincenzo in Molise... we are quite far from them (76 km) to go and 76 to come back but I assure you it is worth it.. Simona in the kitchen and Stefano in the dining room are two professionals and the soul of the place... supported by an always kind staff... The dishes are all excellent, from the starters to the dessert... go go go.

16/10/2025: Simply top. Nothing to add! Simple but inimitable dishes, in a cozy and familiar environment, with the taste of the past.
18/09/2025: One of the best "tradional" style meals of the region I've ever had. If your in the Campobasso city area make sure to eat here. Make sure to make reservations as this place is packed all week. Wine and food very reasonably priced! Can't recommend them enough. Grazie!
