I purchased two Tippest coupons to have a 2 kg cake and up until the order everything was ok including the kindness and availability of those who received the order, but unfortunately my birthday cake which was supposed to be 2 kg fruit with cream (as ordered), in reality when I collected it I discovered that the cake by mistake had been made of only 1.3 kg and not with cream but with Chantilly. With this in mind, given that unfortunately there was no solution to make all the guests eat the same type of cake, the owner apologized and offered me another (different) cake or a mini cabaret and I obliged. from the impossibility of doing otherwise I chose the mignons. Having said that, despite the owner's willingness to sort things out, I strongly advised not to blame the customer for having bought a cake with a coupon, as if having spent less because of this he should get less and I also advised them to pay more attention to the orders which concern birthday cakes, because it is not fair that the end customer is the one who loses out by having to give the guests things different from what was ordered. The cake was still well filled with fruit and the sponge cake was soft, but unfortunately there was no cream as requested, which would certainly have been more appreciated with fruit.
