Mai assaggiata nella mia vita una frittura di pesce così buona!!!Tutto il cibo dal primo piatto ,antipasti in poi,ottimo.E poi...il sorriso ,la passione la solarità di Elisabetta e ' contagiosa ...ti accoglie senza essere invadente e ti consiglia in maniera magica...Se passate da questo ristorante ,fermatevi e provate,non rimarrete delusi ma affascinati

Having lunch at Elisabetta was exactly as I expected: a beautiful and exciting discovery! I chose I Mulinari for our Sunday away match based on a feeling that was widely confirmed. The love for the territory passes through Elisabetta's cuisine to which we extend our heartfelt congratulations for the recent university goal achieved 👏 We appreciated everything about the dishes we tasted and we would like to give you just one piece of advice (obviously from our modest and personal opinion) on the fried appetizer which you will certainly be able to adapt to the rest of the courses with only its products. The special mention of the day certainly goes to the artichoke stuffed with cod and the suckling pig roast beef that Elisabetta made us taste in the appetizer, an explosion of expertly measured and harmonized flavours, but, in fact, this is a special mention, because the spaghetti with cod, the Caserta pork shank and the fried cod also deserve attention and what about those friarielli on the side? The taste of the earth! What we obstinately strive to search for, which we can hardly find and which when we discover it, as in I Mulinari, reveals itself as an epiphany reminiscent of Joyce and makes us assume the expression of Ego at the first taste of ratatouille...
