Excellent quality kebabs with fresh ingredients and excellent hygienic conditions. I am a regular customer and both the €6 sandwich and the piadina (€4/6) have a unique flavor given by the quality of the products which are perfectly distinguishable inside the kebab with a crunchy piadina and a soft dough for the sandwich (Arabic bread), staff dedicated to cleaning the place (I noticed in particular the very clean hood) and equipped with gloves to contaminate the food as little as possible. recommended very comfortable overlooking the Tiburtina.

The best kebab in the area! Exceptional, tasty and quality meat, accompanied by very fresh ingredients. Kind, attentive and genuinely friendly service. A place where you always come back!

30/05/2025: Had planned on picking up a coffee on way to train however we were running late and wanted to get to the station. Once we arrived I saw this cafe. My gut was saying that a train station coffee can’t be good. Wow was wrong! Went in and ordered a macchiato. She charged me 1 euro. I had my macchiato in about 30 seconds and it was excellent. I spent a month in Europe on this vacation and this was one of the best espresso I had. . Food looked great but I didn’t try it. Wish I could remember the brand of coffee they used. Try buying an espresso in the US for a dollar.

14/06/2025: Trattoria da I veri sapori della tradizione Romana. Everything superb and delicious. Unfortunately I was unable to take photos. Everything good. Top service. Location appropriate to the type of restaurant. Highly recommended
26/05/2025: The trattoria is next to the Sacrofano station on the Rome-Viterbo line. Two large rooms with a large fireplace where the meat is grilled. The spaghetti cacio e pepe is excellent, as are the tonnarelli with ragù. The service was quick and the staff was courteous and efficient. There is a fairly large parking lot. There is no paper menu, the prices are a bit high despite the quality products.
