01/01/2026: I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but I feel compelled to do so out of respect for both the restaurant and its customers.
This isn't my first time here, and although I'd already noticed some issues, I thought they were isolated incidents.
The location is nice, trattoria-style, clean, and comfortable. The service is quick, and the food is decent, considering the large number of guests. The portions, however, are sometimes generous, and other times decidedly small.
The real sore point is the lack of a menu: everything is communicated verbally by the staff, with no way for customers to consult the menu, check for allergens, or find out the prices. This inevitably creates confusion and a lack of transparency.
The problem especially arises when it comes to the bill, which is always a surprise. As for the quality/price ratio, unfortunately, I find the prices excessive for what's offered.
On our last visit, we spent an amount comparable to that of a high-end restaurant, but we didn't receive either the quality or the overall experience.
I hope this observation can be useful in improving a venue that, with greater clarity and customer focus, would certainly have much more potential.
