I admit that it can be quite crowded on Saturday evenings during the holidays, but you just need to be a little organized when it comes to orders and payments. Otherwise, everything else is exceptional. The sandwiches and fried food are worth the wait if you find a line.

The place is a bit shabby (with some unstable wooden tables and benches), and sandwiches cost around €9-10. Sometimes they get a bit confused with the orders, and the service is a bit slow.

It's now like a second home. Always very fast despite the crowds at peak times, the staff is very friendly, and last but not least, Salvatore is so friendly. The quality of the products is excellent, the value is good, and you can try many specialties if you want, like the figliata. They're the best in the area. Edit: I don't know if it's because of COVID, but it's gotten worse in some ways. Nothing to complain about the quality of the products, but the service has gotten worse, with extremely long waits for both takeout and delivery, despite booking well in advance. P.S. In 2021, you can't expect customers to go to the bank to withdraw money because they don't accept card payments. Update 2025: I happened to go back after a few years, and it wasn't possible to pay by card. The answer was "there's a bank across the street to withdraw money," which is a shame.
