A small, almost hidden restaurant... in Borgo... in the province of Trento... where you can eat and enjoy remarkably refined, tasty, and abundant dishes (but in the right way...). This place should participate in the program I 4 RISTORANTI... it deserves it and could even win... being complete as a whole...

The food is excellent, made with love and experience, the staff is kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the prices are very fair. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. Wheelchair and stroller friendly.

Bel locale in centro a Borgo Valsugana, specializzato in portate di pesce e molluschi. Possibilità di ristorante e take away. Piatti ottimi e ben preparati. Crostini con vari tipi di pesce speciali come anche cozze, vongole, gamberetti e seppia in umido. Grande scelta di vini. Personale gentile e cortese.

A lovely restaurant in the center of Borgo Valsugana, specializing in fish and shellfish dishes. Restaurant and takeout options available. Excellent, well-prepared dishes. Crostini with various specialty fish dishes, including mussels, clams, shrimp, and stewed cuttlefish. A wide selection of wines. Friendly and courteous staff.

18/01/2026: I ordered two takeout pizzas, which were quite good. Average prices.
17/01/2026: Wonderful vacation with friends!! This was our second year back as a group, and it's always a pleasure to stay at the Hotel Laurin! From Elisabetta at reception, who was always ready to help, to the restaurant staff (especially Marco), who were fantastic and always smiling, we had a wonderful time!! Thanks to the chefs for the delicious food!!

05/01/2026: Excellent experience. They were kind in their service, very welcoming towards the animals, and showed extraordinary care for them. The food was very good, plentiful, and with a good selection of gluten-free pizza and desserts.
04/01/2026: Excellent dinner, traditional dishes, fresh ingredients, courteous service. The owners were very kind and welcoming to our dog.
