A small, almost hidden restaurant... in Borgo... in the province of Trento... where you can eat and enjoy remarkably refined, tasty, and abundant dishes (but in the right way...). This place should participate in the program I 4 RISTORANTI... it deserves it and could even win... being complete as a whole...

The food is excellent, made with love and experience, the staff is kind, welcoming, and helpful, and the prices are very fair. I will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone. Wheelchair and stroller friendly.

Bel locale in centro a Borgo Valsugana, specializzato in portate di pesce e molluschi. Possibilità di ristorante e take away. Piatti ottimi e ben preparati. Crostini con vari tipi di pesce speciali come anche cozze, vongole, gamberetti e seppia in umido. Grande scelta di vini. Personale gentile e cortese.

A lovely restaurant in the center of Borgo Valsugana, specializing in fish and shellfish dishes. Restaurant and takeout options available. Excellent, well-prepared dishes. Crostini with various specialty fish dishes, including mussels, clams, shrimp, and stewed cuttlefish. A wide selection of wines. Friendly and courteous staff.

15/02/2026: Enchanting place, magical atmosphere! The owner, Valentino, and all the staff are wonderful! We had a wonderful meal; everything was fresh and carefully prepared. The strudel was delicious. It was our first time here and we hope to return. We also discovered that this bar is historic, opened by the owner's grandparents. If you're in the area, we recommend stopping for a bite to eat, a drink, or to buy unique souvenirs and enjoy the breathtaking view.
20/01/2026: A must-see when you reach the Fedaia Dam, the watershed between Trentino and Veneto, and a stroll through this outpost at the foot of the Queen, where temperatures are warm in winter and very pleasant in summer, is a must. A historic place where you can also recount stories and times gone by while sipping the famous bombardiga, strictly with cream. Warm up before returning outside to admire the majestic peaks that crown this artificial lake.

07/03/2026: We stopped for lunch. I have to say we had a really good time. The staff was friendly. The carne salada was really good. The cold cuts were fresh, and the fries weren't greasy at all.
07/02/2026: We stopped by chance at a restaurant and pizzeria run by an Indian family. They're very friendly and kind. We ordered both Indian food (chicken with a typical Indian yogurt sauce with almonds and basmati rice) and Trentino cuisine (polenta with melted cheese and mushrooms). Everything was delicious. Well done.
