I would call it the Chinese "osteria", spartan, basic but good and fresh food, friendly and helpful owner, prompt and courteous staff.

The best sushi in the area, it's now our go-to. The menu is simpler than other places, but only because they focus on quality over quantity, which I think is an excellent choice. The staff is attentive and professional, always helpful and friendly. The sushi is well-made, tasty, and quick, and has never disappointed us. I highly recommend iGinza.

I must say that I used to go there often because it was close to home. It was once among the best in the area. I returned recently and found the overall quality much lower. I'll try to return soon to see if it was a fluke or if they've lost ground over the years.
