I Ghibellini In Firenze

Tuve un excelente almuerzo temprano aquí. Me senté afuera aunque hace frío y humedad en diciembre, pero la calefacción era la correcta. Un encantador Negroni para empezar, luego a casa - hecho espagueti más grueso allá carettiera con un Chianti Classico. Un carettiere es un vagón - conductor, un camionero, por lo que le gusta picante, pero no extravagante. Luego tomé una ensalada mixta, lo que significa que los tomates también estaban muy buenos para esta época del año. De vuelta a Florencia la semana pasada, por tercera vez este año. ¡De vuelta a I Ghibellini tantas veces que hemos perdido la cuenta! Me encanta la ubicación y la comida. Los especiales diarios son increíbles. La semana pasada, tuvimos un risotto por el que morir. Estábamos deseando ver a Valerio, pero en las dos ocasiones que estuvimos allí para almorzar la semana pasada, él estaba trabajando por las noches. Esperamos verlo cuando volvamos en marzo.

Restaurant in a charming little square, excellent pizza. Update as of 11/13/2024: always excellent cuisine, this time we enjoyed a first course. Prices a little above average, but we must consider that we are in the beating heart of Florence. The only annoyance is the many pigeons flying close to the tables, but clearly there is also the possibility of eating inside.

I go to the Ghibellini bar very often for both breakfast and lunch... Amro is a fantastic person who manages to bring people together... he knows everyone and knows what they want from everyone. You feel welcomed and welcome... it's what all bars should offer but it's a quality that has disappeared in almost all the bars in the center of Florence! The sandwiches, the pieces of pizza, the coffee... all prepared with care!! I recommend it!! Mascia

All the food is excellent, the atmosphere super pleasant. The problem is the service, they ignore you, it started to rain and no waiter came to help us move to the table or even afterward to see if everything was in order. 30 minutes of trying to pay to leave. It's really a shame. I repeat the excellent food.
