Very very very good ice-cream. Mr. Piero, Italian gentleman, has personally filled our cones and one cup. We tried several different flavours, all of whom were excellent - rich and creamy. Highest marks. PS: we tried some other gelatos in Tuscany one of which is considered to be worlds number 1, but it's not even close to Mr. Pieros.

Ice cream in Italy is very hit or miss. We’ve tried dozens of different ones and Piero’s is one of the best. The prices are fair, scoops generous, and service impeccable. Additionally, it’s located right next to one of our favorite hangout spots in the piazza where you can sit and people watch.

Look no further! I Gelati di Piero is the best gelateria in Lucca…probably in all of Tuscany. The flavours, the quality, the service, and the experience are fantastic. Piero is a gelato guru and maestro! Go!

Having had a lot of gelato, it's hard to say that this is the best gelato I've ever had, but this is the best gelato I've ever had! And the service was excellent. The man that served us was patient, warm, kind to the kids, and a true gentleman. We'll be back again!

28/03/2025: Macedo was one of the first bars in Stiava, the family atmosphere and versatility of the place means that the whole town considers it a focal point of their day. The professionalism and kindness of the Bar staff is of a rare quality that characterizes the people of this area, describing them as decidedly welcoming and sincere. A center of gravity! 09/02/2025: We decided to try this place and I have to say that we didn't have a bad time. We took two delicious pizzas with quality products, for dessert two pastieras made by them, exceptional XL portions. We will be back again trying la tagliata 😊
05/02/2025: The pizza is really delicious with excellent quality ingredients. The mixture melts in your mouth and therefore remains light The environment is quiet and spacious Pizza prices slightly above average but worth it
