“Creativity is intelligence having fun,” Einstein said, and at i-FAME I found it in every dish.
I've been going to this restaurant for years, and every time it's a surprising journey.
Chiara described each course with genuine warmth: the caviar and sardines were pure harmony, the monkfish had such an intense flavor it tasted like a tomato picked in the Mediterranean, and the calamarata, with that aroma that embraces you as soon as you approach, transformed a simple cacio e pepe into a completely new experience, with a touch of magic from the cod.
To conclude, I let Manuel suggest dessert, and the choice of squacquerone with Luigia herb kombucha was perfect.
Once again, at the end of this dinner, it was clear to me that creativity truly reigns supreme here. Whenever I crave a taste of pure culinary imagination, I know exactly where to return.

A modern restaurant with unusual white furnishings, located within a 5-star hotel with a spa that is the main attraction. The restaurant is based on the undeniable expertise of chef Daniele Succi, a student of Leeman (formerly of Joia in Milan), who in our case persuaded us to order the vegetarian tasting menu. The three courses plus dessert were excellently crafted, beautiful, imaginative, tasty, and generous. The service was young and attentive. In my opinion, the value for money is commendable, and we will certainly return, whether for a new vegetarian option during the changing seasons or, perhaps, to try something else. Full marks.

The location is decorated with great style and taste. Truly stunning. The culinary experience is truly remarkable, balanced, and uses truly excellent ingredients. The wine list is extensive. Everything is top-notch! Chef Daniele is a man of great depth and experience. The cost of the tasting menu is truly negligible and underestimated.
