Table in the corner overlooking the pool at night. Rich and varied menu with beautiful land-based options too. The cuisine has solid foundations on territoriality, and winks at ethnic cuisine. The chef has a hand of great balance, a playful and captivating menu, from the Maitre to the girls it was a succession of pampering. Really good, with these standards they are close to the star.

Halfway between Fancy and Fine dining.
We chose the vegetarian route.
The tempeh was not very popular, otherwise very good.
Service also good.
Good and attentive guys.
Maybe even too many passes on the table.
Anyway we will come back to try the fish route.

Culinary art, I-Fame convinced us, flavor combined with aesthetics, a beautiful experience of gastronomic refinement according to this Italian chef and his brigade. Dishes that sound traditionally Italian to us who live elsewhere than in Italy, have a touch and edge from elsewhere while being signed with Italian elegance! Service and pleasant environment. Nice restaurant with good food. Service polite and efficient. We chose the "Creative" fixed menu. The bread selection was good with a nice variety. We were given an extra appetiser delicious smoked fish in pureed cauliflower. The ambetjack ceviche lacked flavour. The Meagre fish and ceps mushroom were delicious, especially with the lettuce garnish. The pasta was amazing with prawns. Finished with barbecued Octopus. For desert, we had Pannacotta and rosemary biscuits. Our service was great, but there was a large private party of 18 people on a table close by, and it was quite distracting.

Siamo stati incuriositi dalle recensioni e dalla scelta Michelin. Accoglienza straordinaria , abbiamo scelto per o menù degustazione e siamo stati entusiasti dalla preparazione, gusto, prelibatezza ecc ecc. carta vini eccellente, dolci sublimi. Entusiasmati abbiamo riprenotato per il giorno successivo e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata appena sufficiente.
