I spent my birthday with my wife here for dinner, a wonderful experience. The waiter, Manuel, is attentive to every detail and was able to fully guide us in the choices of food (which also include various tasting menus in addition to the à la carte choice) and wines. We opted for a vegetarian tasting and a Franciacorta. Each dish was a true discovery of flavors expertly composed by the chef that Manuel explained to us while serving us. We will definitely return to try other dishes

For the third consecutive year, my wife and I chose to dine in this restaurant, choosing the "All raw" menu. The quality of the food is super, the presentation and quality of the dishes is absolutely excellent. Coming here is always pleasant, the professionalism demonstrated both in the kitchen and in the dining room is truly phenomenal.

My wife and I had dinner at this really delicious restaurant. First of all, we were given the opportunity to order two different tasting menus (which was very welcome). We ordered the "creative" and "all raw" menus, what can I say, a fantastic experience on ALL courses. The courses are a mix of taste, creativity and play absolutely superior to other starred restaurants we have tried and I go so far as to say that some dishes were at the level of a 3 Michelin star (I am not a culinary expert, but I say this as a normal person who loves good food). I'll let the photos speak for themselves and I also compliment the service, helpful and attentive, they were able to make us feel at home. To finish the bill, decidedly honest. We will definitely be back, highly recommended

The restaurant is located inside a boutique hotel, with modern and retro furnishings in the 70s/80s style, very beautiful in my opinion. The menu is varied with fish and meat options. The chef is very creative in the combinations but always respecting the taste of the raw material, I ate the raw sea bass and the fusilloni with cod, all very good. Excellent wine list and very attentive service even if sometimes it can seem "too" attentive. To finish I did not take the dessert but they still brought me 3 samples of pastries and this is certainly a very appreciable gesture. If you happen to be in Rimini go there because it is worth it.
