31/12/2025: Pizzeria Number One is undoubtedly a guarantee. The food is excellent quality; you can clearly taste the fresh and carefully selected ingredients. The pizza dough is light, digestible, and not heavy, something rare these days.
Special mention goes to the rustici, rustic panzerotti, arancini, and croquettes: all handmade and not pre-frozen like many other pizzerias. This really makes a difference on the palate: every bite has an authentic, homemade flavor, unique.
The pizza is truly excellent; as mentioned, the dough is incredibly light, and the toppings are always generous and well-balanced. The service is prompt, even at peak times: I often go there on weekends, and yesterday, during the Coez concert in the square, the quality and speed were unchanged.
The staff are kind, friendly, and always smiling; they make you feel at home. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well and feel welcomed. Really well done!
13/10/2025: One of the best pizzas I've ever had!
I went to this pizzeria on the recommendation of friends, and I have to say it exceeded all expectations. The dough is simply perfect: light, well-leavened, and with just the right amount of crispy crust. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste their care, from the fior di latte mozzarella to the tomato sauce; every bite is an explosion of flavor.
The place is welcoming, clean, and has a warm, family-like atmosphere. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very attentive, without ever being intrusive. Service was quick, even when the place was full.
