I Canovacci In Genova

A small restaurant with several rooms, very simply and beautifully decorated. The food is excellent. The service is provided by two sisters who are as friendly and gentle as the cuisine they cook. Very affordable prices. 5 stars, I highly recommend it!!

Delicious food, service and place. We wanted to try authentic cuisine of the region and this place was perfect.

An experience not to be missed. The quality of the raw materials, the natural wines and above all the well-revisited traditional Ligurian dishes are an example of how you can still eat well, healthily and at a reasonable price. The bread prepared by them makes you discover the versatility of the flavors of wheat. Exceptional.

Ended up here because it was recommended by my aunt who is a Genova native. Upon entering I was greeted by a kind host and was brought water, bread and focaccia promptly. Food was excellent and very well priced. Creative twist on simple things done exceptionally well. Eat here.

Posto molto curato, si mangia bene e il personale è gentile. Il menu prevede non troppi piatti e sempre diversi. Buona scelta di vini. Molto ben attrezzato per i bambini (seggioloni, fasciatoio ecc).

Nel bellissimo quartiere della Maddalena Consigliato dalla mia amica, ci siamo infilati senza prenotazione in 4, hanno cercato subito un modo per accoglierci ed è stato necessario separarci, ma per noi non era un problema, le due più anziane al tavolo, i due "meno anziani" al bancone, soluzione più rustica ma adeguata lo stesso. Particolari di arredo carinissimi, i paralumi di strofinacci (prima c'era un negozio di stoffe di cui ipotizzo abbiano ereditato qualcosa, fosse solo anche l'idea del nome..) vecchie pentole della nonna, mazzolini di fiori secchi. Servizio rapidissimo, il piatto davanti in meno di 10 minuti-Menù molto diverso dal solito, accostamenti di sapori che nel mio caso (ombrina al forno con purea di lenticchie rosse e topinambur) si sono rivelati azzeccati, delicati e gustosi. Ottima anche la cheesecake finale. Cucina a vista molto pulita, servizi pure, è stato un piacere fare i complimenti al cuoco. da ritornare sicuramente.
