I ordered tortelli maremmani burro e salvia, they were good but there were only two of them on the plate. Is it inflation's fault? I don't know but if Maremma cuisine is usually associated with the idea of ​​abundance and satiety, that seemed more like a taste than anything else. This is a trend I'm seeing lately among restaurants especially in Grosseto, sorry. The pizza is ok

21/02/2025: Ci siamo stati diverse volte a estate 2024. La pizza è buona, anche come impasto. D'estate c è molta affluenza, ma si trova posto anche prenotando poco prima perché hanno molti tavoli Hanno un sistema self service per ritirare il cibo: fanno fare l'ordine su un foglietto e al momento di pagare (in anticipo) danno un dispositivo che suona quando è pronto, e si può ritirare direttamente al banco davanti alla cucina. Questo sistema velocizza molto, dato che la pizzeria ha tanti coperti, e si può ritirare la pizza appena cotta.
