January 2025: one of the pleasant discoveries of the month. Fantastic value for money. I highly recommend the cod meatballs and the pizzas. I can't wait to try their other dishes. I also liked the attention to the customer and the courtesy on the part of the waitress - who unfortunately I forgot to ask her name - from the moment we entered the restaurant. In fact, he asked us if we had any allergies or intolerances, a due precaution that is still missing in many restaurants today.

An enchanting discovery! The restaurant stands out for its classic or gluten-free cuisine, without eggs or lactose. The service is truly welcoming and quick, the quality of the dishes is of a high level, the price list is in line with the experience and atmosphere that can be felt. The toilets are well maintained. A special praise for the lighting and the volume of the music in the room, which allow you to pamper yourself alone or in company without any discomfort. I will definitely go back, and recommend it!

Introduction, I travel a lot for work, I always have lunch and dinner at restaurants. In summary, the environment is pleasant and welcoming, the dishes are good and with quality ingredients, the price is adequate for what is offered. The dining room staff is friendly, perfect in managing dining times, but above all professional. I am writing this review especially after reading the previous negative reviews, which certainly do not suit this place. Unfortunately many reviews are written by keyboard lions, without knowledge of the facts and often with zero tolerance.

A welcoming and well-kept place, impeccable service and excellent quality food cooked in a fine and elegant way. I will definitely be back!

Antipasti, troppo misera la quantità per il prezzo richiesto; le polpette di baccalà avevano soltanto l’odore del pesce, però con tante patate, al prezzo di 13 € per tre micro-polpettine. I primi piatti, invece… sono stati strepitosi. Lo gnocco di patate perfetto accompagnato da un sublime connubio a base di gorgonzola; i tagliolini favolosi per delicatezza e armonia del sapore, a base di carciofi. La tagliata di manzo buona e cotta a dovere. Ci tornerò volentieri, ma senza mangiare gli antipasti.

The dishes are very good but I give 3 stars because I didn't like the surcharge for the gluten-free first courses, which are already expensive to begin with, and the focaccia. They also don't have a paper menu, which is very inconvenient.

I 2 sapori è molto più di un semplice ristorante. È una piccola oasi di tranquillità e pace per chiunque abbia problemi col glutine. L’atmosfera è perfetta per una cena in famiglia o con il proprio partner ed il servizio attento e impeccabile. Il menù varia spesso in base alla stagionalità delle materie prime che a mio giudizio sono di assoluta qualità. Menzione speciale per il senza glutine, tutto eccellente dal pane fatto in casa alla pizza buonissima e digeribile, offrono anche tante opzioni senza lattosio. Se siete di passaggio ai castelli romani o volete evadere dalla capitale, questo è il posto giusto dove andare. STRACONSIGLIATO.
