Wunderbar kleines Bistro. Nur durch Zufall reingegangen aufgrund eines kleinen Regenschauers. Aber es hat sich gelohnt. Das Bruschetta ist super und auch die Spritz Getränke sind sehr lecker. Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

A super nice bistro / café / restaurant with fine food and loving-friendly service! Everything is fresh, regional and organic. The philosophy of this pearl in the middle of the old town of Bolzano is beautiful, mindful and authentic & can be read on the walls of the restaurant :). A large and healthy variety for vegetarians and vegans! Will definitely come back on my next visit! Thank you that you exist! 🫶

A very nice and cossie restaurant, serving Bio and vegetarian food. Food is good, falafel sadly only Saturdays. Service is great and fast. Price totally fine! If you are sind with pizza and pasta, give it a try.

03/08/2024: Delicious food with home-made products. Enjoy the museum here after a visit. Friendly service and nice covered outdoor area. There is also room to eat inside, but outside it is very nice to stay surrounded by the castle and the greenery!
