Hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. We stayed 5 days taking advantage of half board, typical food with generous portions, everything delicious. Sweet and savory buffet breakfast, every morning a different homemade dessert awaits you. Strategic position for various excursions. Attentive, professional and very kind staff. We thank Judith and all her staff. We plan to return.

After 3 fantastic days in Ortisei and various paths in the mountains, on the way home we stopped here for a coffee. Very kind, fabulous all-wooden environment, beautifully furnished, large dining room and from what I could see, super clean. I'm sorry I didn't see the rooms, but they must be beautiful!

After more than 1200km of driving full of road blocks, traffic jams and stressed fellow road users, you drive up the mountain at Chiusa and arrive unannounced at Hubertusstube. Super friendly welcome, beautiful rooms, delicious beer in the bar and a great breakfast the next morning. Blessed!

Good food, nice atmosphere and super friendly staff

I can honestly say, the place exeeds all expectations. I was there for 7 nights in Mart 2024. Never seen so big room in a hotel, with all you should need, Hotel is 3 stars, but better than many 5, only additional services are less, and restaurant itself also deserves stars. It has wonderful location. in 7 days i visited 7 different ski areas in dolomites. Delicious food, nice staff, great mountain view, some activities for kids, even if you re not on a board or need something special, prices in restaurant are fair. I see some complain. Maybe all they say is true, but it means only, you didnt try to negotiate your problem. Is a family hotell, small stuff. You have a 3 levels dinner plus salad, ok, not the greatest choice, but fairly enough, they simply try to serve to most guests together, not that they are slow. I had a small girl with me, very bad habits in eating, disliking 90% of things, sometimes ordering and than saying, no... I just asked the stuff and they brought her dinner always first and if not fit, always found something else. If not, i should also complain they are slow, no they arent. Helped us with discount for ski and many other stuff. As you can read for 7 days there i did 7 different resorts. It means, i do not repeat places to stay. And is true, is a rule, we re always after something new. But Hubertsstubeis a place and hotel i would for sure repeat, and i dont say it often.
