Hotel Waldsee Ristorante In Fiè allo sciliar

We recently had the great pleasure of being hosted for the week around New Year's Eve together with my family and a couple of friends by this structure. Structure immersed in a wonderful park with frozen lake Fiè. The entire structure is very clean, the relaxation area overlooks the park. Excellent cuisine, rich breakfast and always plenty of choice and variety. Top chef. Everyone is always very smiling and welcoming. Judith the owner, very helpful and welcoming especially with my two furry friends (two mini toy poodles) who always allowed us to take them to breakfast and dinner in the carrier. Thank you for the beautiful torchlight procession after dinner around Lake Fiè, always guided by Judith with sweets and hot drinks on our return. A great emotion every evening in looking at a starry sky like we had never seen before. Upon returning to Rome 5 days after our departure from the hotel, I realized that I had forgotten a gold necklace with a pendant that I was very attached to, in the pocket of the bathrobe that I put on to go to the SPA, I immediately called the hotel, without much hope trying to see if she had been found. After an hour and a half Judith called me back telling me she had found her. Now my necklace is with me again and I thank all the staff from the bottom of my heart for their seriousness. A wonderful holiday, a highly recommended place. Thanks to Giovanna for her availability. Highly recommended for everything.

The hotel is in a wonderful and idyllic location, near the Völser Weiher in the middle of the forest. We spent our hiking holiday here. You can walk straight from the hotel and reach numerous great hiking and excursion destinations from there. The modern wellness area offers plenty of space and comfort. The rooms are super comfortable, big enough, with a balcony and we even had a mountain view. Due to its somewhat remote location, it is incredibly quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff was always friendly and helpful to us. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic and always very filling. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to the next time!

As you drive onto the property you are impressed by the garden and the surrounding landscape. For a 3-star hotel, excellent cuisine is served by the host as head chef. What is even more surprising is the beautiful indoor swimming pool, which can be reached through an underground passage. Unfortunately, it must be mentioned that the bottle of white wine is always served warm. That doesn't match the asking prices at all. In addition, there is no price list for other drinks in the guest room. It should also be mentioned that it is not considered necessary to install the shower gel bottle in the shower head of the indoor pool. This is on the ground... You can also borrow bathrobes, but there is no way to hang them up in the room. Additional coat hooks would be useful. Regarding the negative things, it should also be mentioned that at the beginning of the sauna season we only found open doors and a cold sauna. Finally, it must be mentioned that the service in the dining rooms was courteous and our housemaid knew what cleanliness was.

The hotel is familiar and your physical well-being is well taken care of. A wellness oasis without all the unnecessary frills. In the middle of the forest with a lake... Simply wonderful! From here you can start the most beautiful hikes straight away... All without a car!!!

I can't comment because I wasn't there

The first time at the Waldsee hotel was a nice surprise. Mrs. Judit, empathetic, always courteous and helpful. The staff very courteous and welcoming. In the evening dinner is served outdoors, giving further added value to an already splendid location. The proximity to the very popular lakes of Fiè does not disturb the guests, the walk after dinner on the lake was a nice daily feeling for us. You truly live in the midst of nature and it is an ideal place for excursions to suit all tastes. Excellent breakfast and dinner, we appreciated the quality of the food. Definitely a very pleasant experience to repeat.

Walking among the natural landscapes, breathing fresh air and enjoying the surrounding beauty was truly rejuvenating. Other than that, the food was simply delicious. Everything was prepared with fresh, high quality ingredients. Every dish was a delight, from starters to desserts, and you could see the attention and care in the preparation of each course. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to satisfy every need with a smile. This made the experience even more pleasant and relaxing. Without a doubt, I will definitely do it again!
