This year we chose the mountains and a new side. The hotel is located in an extraordinary and enchanting area, giving us the opportunity to combine hiking and the lake. We are pleased with the owners' hospitality, who are helpful and kind, especially the staff: Martina, Giovanni, Anna, and Ferdinando are special. The cuisine, combining tradition and innovation, delighted us every evening. Congratulations, keep it up. The numerous projects presented to us by the chef (the owner) will give the hotel indescribable potential. We gave the rooms 3 stars because there was no mini-bar, no air conditioning, only a toilet, and unfortunately the mattresses were very soft. However, the room was clean, which is not a detail to be underestimated. We recommend Waldesee for everything we've written. Thank you for everything; we had a wonderful time.

My first time at the Waldsee Hotel was a lovely surprise. Mrs. Judit was empathetic, always courteous, and helpful. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. In the evening, dinner is served outdoors, adding further value to an already splendid location. The proximity to the popular Fiè lakes doesn't bother guests; the after-dinner stroll to the lake was a wonderful daily experience for us. You truly feel immersed in nature, and it's an ideal starting point for excursions that cater to all tastes. Breakfast and dinner were excellent; we appreciated the quality of the food. It's definitely a delightful experience worth repeating.

**Hotel Review** We discovered the hotel in the fall of 2024 while on a hike. At that time, it was either under renovation or simply closed. We definitely wanted to spend a week here in the summer, as the surrounding area is truly charming. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a major advantage. There are countless hiking trails and breathtaking views that make a stay worthwhile. However, we were disappointed with the rooms. They seem dated and could desperately use a refresh. While we weren't surprised, as we had already gotten a first impression from our initial exploration, we would have appreciated a bit of modernization. The staff was very attentive and friendly at the beginning of our stay, but this attention dwindled over time. The breakfast was average and offered no special highlights. They tried to make dinner at the hotel appealing to us, but since there are many other restaurants nearby, we ultimately decided against it. One thing that particularly bothered us was the negative reaction of some guests to our children. Many families were present, and while the children were observing and carefully catching lizards, a woman verbally attacked them. Our children never harmed the animals and always released them. Such behavior is unacceptable and spoils the atmosphere, which is intended for a family vacation. The spa and pool are decent and offer welcome relaxation after our hikes. In summary, we will definitely visit the area again, but not at this hotel. The location is beautiful, but the dated rooms and the mixed atmosphere among the guests make us think of other accommodations.

What can I say... A unique relaxation, starting from the welcome, to the hotel's strategic location, from which you can start numerous hikes and close to Lake Fie. The view is truly spectacular... The rooms are clean, and the food is excellent, with menus and dishes that are never boring. The property also has a fantastic pool and sauna/spa.

It was the best hotel I stayed at in the Dolomites. The Schlern mountain, the logo of Loacker chocolate, is right in front of the hotel, and there is a lake right next to it where you can swim. The facilities are state-of-the-art, the staff is all very kind, and the food is very sincere and delicious. I think I will miss the Dolomites more because of Waldsee.

Tour bus driver. Difficult to get in by bus, but it's a lovely place.
