The property is surrounded by greenery. The staff is friendly. Excellent food. Kudos to Oxanna and Enrico, who pampered us with their professionalism and masterful kindness. The chef is exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, they made us feel like guests, not tourists. The entertainment was great.

Beautiful, well-organized resort with a swimming pool, restaurant/pizzeria, kids' club, minimarket, and an amphitheater with evening entertainment.
The sea is stunning, and the Arco Magno beach is just a 10-minute drive away.
I especially recommend it for those with young children and teenagers.

Let me start by saying that I'm not a resort expert (this is my second experience after a last-minute one three summers ago).
I'll try to be as objective as possible, and I apologize in advance for the lackluster review.
I booked 10 days (Sunday to Wednesday) full board for three (a couple with a child who just turned two), but usually we arrive and depart on Saturdays, and the welcome, with a couple of entertainers with juice and water, is reserved for "Sabatini" (Sabbath guests), as is the staff presentation show that same evening in the theater. The friendly staff at reception explain how to get around and get to your room (the resort is huge), and give you a map of the area. (They asked me if I'd prefer a guide, but finding the accommodation seemed simple enough, so I settled for following the map.) The overall impression was great, as the resort is surrounded by greenery and everything is well-maintained. There are various types of "houses" (the people I know who chose this option seemed satisfied, although the Deluxe rooms, although very nice from the outside, perhaps lack a bit in privacy). The restaurant staff is extremely kind and helpful (they answer any extra requests and, in any case, they do everything they can to accommodate guests). The bottle-feeding area is well-organized, clean, and bright, with delicious vegetable and tomato sauces and everything needed for baby food.
Breakfast is plentiful, with cakes, juices, jams, hot chocolate, and croissants. There are coffee and cappuccino machines. For savory options, you'll have to settle for salami, ham, and cheese. The sea is a 10-minute walk away, or a 3-4 minute shuttle/train ride that runs nonstop between the village and the beach resort until 7:00 PM, with a lunch break from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
The beach resort is in a valley, preceded by a huge, beautiful, and refreshing pine forest. The umbrellas are too close together, but this, on the one hand, makes it easier to make friends. The sea in front is beautiful, but not as stunning as I imagine it to be, but 100 meters away is Dino Island, which creates a cove with a (free) beach where the sea is spectacular. Overall, it's a beautiful place.
The entertainment is modest, perhaps a little too much for adults, but good for children (if that's not a priority, that's not a problem).
The swimming pool is useful, not very large, but well-maintained. The playground area is shaded by the trees.
The sports fields (basketball, tennis, soccer) could be used much better with better entertainment.
In the central square, there's a piano bar every evening (excellent in my opinion), followed immediately after by group dancing. In the theater, there's a baby dance followed by an entertainment show.
I've read complaints about the car check-out time: sure, you can't enter or leave before 2 pm, but the resort is too big and there are too many cars to allow that, and honestly, I wouldn't have wanted the traffic and chaos outside my room (but then there are so many children playing and running around, and the risk of unpleasant incidents is too high). Besides, the little train takes you constantly to the beach, and in the evening, there's a shuttle service, on request, into town. If you "skip the line" for an excursion outside of these hours, the price is €3 for secure parking (it's not much, but they could offer the service for free), I imagine they follow the policy of making you stay inside. There are also shops, a central bar, and a market (I only left twice for a stroll around Praia; otherwise, I forgot I had a car).
If you book early, I think you'll spend less than the $2,000 I spent last minute. But the place is worth it, and I recommend it. I'd happily go back!

We stayed at this property the last week of July, with a 7-month-old baby and we had a great time, starting from the welcome at reception, the rooms were always nice and clean, the food was excellent, with a well-equipped and clean bottle-feeding room, the waiters were incredibly kind... especially the waiter Benito. The service that takes you to the beach is excellent with a cute little train, the swimming pool is well-kept but certainly very small, being a very large village that hosts many people in the pool in the afternoon it is full... The only flaw is the time for exiting the cars, which you can leave until 2.00 pm... otherwise you have to leave the car in an external car park (for a fee) if you want to go out in the evening, always belonging to the village, this is a flaw, this service should definitely be reviewed...

Our stay at this resort was truly exceptional!
We stayed in a deluxe bungalow, truly well-kept and spotlessly clean.
All the amenities, like the shuttle, the bar, and the supermarket, were truly excellent.
The chef at the grill is a master at preparing dishes!
The entertainment staff are truly talented! The evening shows are always engaging!
A beautiful place to return to!
Oh yes, the sea... you're in Praia a Mare, right in front of Dino Island... need I say more? 😍

The resort is large, well-equipped but underutilized. The hours are restrictive. You can't enter or exit by car after 2:00 PM. The market has the essentials, but for meat and fish, you have to shop outside. I didn't like the entertainment. The pool has little outdoor space, but it's clean. To get to the beach, you have to take a train; the first night it leaves at 2:00 PM and the last one at 7:00 PM. I think it would have been better if it ran until at least 7:40/8:00 PM...
On the first day, reception didn't show us to the bungalow, but they gave us a map with directions. We found a broken drawer and a drain that was constantly leaking. They said it had been fixed, but after less than an hour, it started again. In the end, I decided to unblock it manually each time. They said they'd fixed the drawer, too, but it was still broken.

Village kept in excellent condition. The sea is about 250 meters away, easily reachable on foot. The structure also provides a convenient train with which the sea can be reached in just 3 minutes. Clean and transparent sea. Kind and courteous staff. Stayed with half-board formula. Varied and abundant breakfast. Lunch or dinner always varied with menus that always included fish dishes. Fresh and exquisite desserts.
