Hotel Villa Rita Restaurant In Capaccio

The hotel is located a few steps from the Archaeological Site and the Museum and five minutes from the sea. The structure is welcoming but the rooms have some shortcomings.

Nice place and hotel. We continually discover picturesque views and furnishing objects of various kinds that capture attention for their beauty or peculiarity. The proximity to the beach, the archaeological site and the town is very convenient. Useful as an alternative to the beach, and the swimming pool is beautiful (very clean). Helpful and friendly staff, clean environment and delicious food.

I had a very nice stay at Hotel Villa Rita. This villa resort is walking distance from both the Paestum ruins and the beach. The owners, Luigi and Rita, are very friendly and hospitable. My private villa room was clean, comfortable, had its own small patio, and had everything I could ask for. I was super impressed by the pool, which was pristine and meticulously maintained. To ensure maximum cleanliness, all swimmers with any hair had to wear a bathing cap. As for the restaurant, I had a great dinner, consisting of a buffalo burger with artichoke filets, a salad, and a lemon ice cream for desert. All the food tasted great. The only reason I’m not giving this place five stars is because I had a poor breakfast experience. I ordered an egg dish and waited over an hour for it to come out. I had to catch a train, so I spoke up to the waitress and asked if the eggs were coming out soon. Even though I already ordered, she bizarrely said she didn’t have eggs. I didn’t have time to order anything else, so I had to leave without eating breakfast. Fortunately, I still had a very positive experience at Hotel Villa Rita. I would recommend staying here for a high-quality resort in Paestum.

Enchanting evening near the temples of Paestum, cuisine with traditional dishes revisited in a modern key and with the highest quality raw materials. Very good salt water, both traditional and sea salt, and fabulous Menaica anchovy fillets with buffalo stracciata. A piece of advice for those who come to taste these delicacies, let yourself be tempted by their off-menu options. Fast and excellent service, with friendly and professional waiters who make you feel at home.

Amazed upon arrival by the beauty of the remains, very close to the structure, I leave nostalgic for the pleasant stay, made even more attractive by the swimming pool and Roberto's friendliness.

Awesome place with awesome staff and owner. We arrived without booked room, just try to get a room. We got room for 2 days and extend our stay for rest of our trip, because we feel so cozy here. The location is great, just in the middle of historic excavation site. I was impresed. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

I have been a regular customer of this hotel for many years and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service offered. The owners are exceptional people, always attentive to customer needs and ready to make you feel at home. The staff are very kind and helpful. The rooms are welcoming and clean, the food in the restaurant is delicious and the location of the hotel is perfect, a few steps from the archaeological area. I highly recommend this hotel.
