The hotel is newly renovated and located right next to the ski slopes. They want you to pay 50 cents for using the toilet, with a food voucher, like at motorway service stations – that's completely unacceptable to me!

Excellent place, very welcoming, completely renovated. The restrooms are brand new. We stopped for a snack. We enjoyed a fabulous blueberry tart and a freshly baked apricot tart. The owner is wonderful, very friendly and kind. We'll be back soon.

Lunch with the family. Excellent food without having to search for who knows what at the various tourist mountain huts. A pleasant surprise. Very friendly service. A lovely discovery.

26/12/2025: We stopped at the restaurant by chance, and we must say we were warmly welcomed by the owner and his wife. We had lunch, and everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the main course and even the dessert. We recommend the polenta, gorgonzola, and walnut gnocchi and the Trentino-style goulash with polenta. The price is moderately low. We didn't see the rooms because we didn't stay there.
10/12/2025: I went there on Saturday and Sunday to eat. The management leaves much to be desired. They're poorly organized and take too long to take orders and serve you. This is my opinion. I hope the owners take note of this and make improvements as soon as possible, because word is getting around and it's bad publicity, given that the location is excellent.

02/08/2025: Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, tutto molto buono, piatti tipici e prodotti biologici direttamente nell'azienda agricola. Consiglio in particolare la polenta con il manzo e il rotolo di patate con spinaci e ricotta. Il tagliere misto è molto abbondante, noi lo abbiamo condiviso in 5, considerando che le portate principali sono abbastanza ricche
25/07/2025: Nel paesino di Giustino potrete trovare uno dei locali tipici della tradizione trentina: si tratta dell'agritur La Trisa (la 'trisa' è il mestolo in legno utilizzato per mescolare la polenta).Appena entrati verrete accolti da un ambiente rustico e ospitale, dominato dal legno e da decorazioni di montagna: una stube, quadri con scene di vita di valle e soprattutto dei bei campanacci.Vi racconto cosa abbiamo mangiato, per farvi venire un po' d'acquolina: un antipasto di salumi e formaggi locali, accompagnato da sottolio; un tris di primi (canederli, gnocchi agli spinaci e un morbidissimo rotolo alla trentina); salsicce, spezzatino, formaggio fuso, carne salada, accompagnati dal piatto simbolo della casa, la polenta. Per il dessert non abbiamo resistito a provare lo yogurt: il primo da agricoltura biologica in Trentino. Anche la carne proviene da allevamento proprio.
