Hotel Veles & PuBaR In Lizzano in belvedere

A wonderful experience, where it seems as if time has stood still. A simple hotel with incredible hospitality from the owners, Marco and Natalia, and truly excellent cuisine! The surroundings are simply enchanting. The hotel is the perfect base for many walking trails and excursions. P.S. The hotel is dog-friendly 🐕

We stayed at Hotel Veles for the Ferragosto weekend. The hotel is in a great location, in a quiet area a 20-minute drive from Corno alle Scale and a few minutes from Vidiciatico. There's a grocery store behind the building. Our room had slightly dated furnishings, and the shower was open, which meant the bathroom flooded every time we used it, but we found everything spotlessly clean. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, featuring local products. The best parts of our stay were the common areas, where it's very pleasant to have a beer or dinner (the tortelli were delicious), and the kindness and helpfulness of the owners: Marco and his wife made us feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

We stayed at the Veles Hotel from August 15th to 17th. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The family atmosphere and warm welcome made our stay truly fantastic. Marco, the owner, is very helpful and truly committed to making his guests' holidays unforgettable. Another positive note is the food: on the evening of the 16th, we had dinner at the hotel, with truly delicious dishes and more than fair prices. The included breakfast offers a wide variety of foods and is delicious. The bill was the hotel's final pleasant surprise: the prices were more than fair and reasonable! Thanks again, Marco!! We'll definitely see you again soon.

Beautiful lodging in a scenic location, and excellent hospitality from the friendly and helpful staff. What more can you ask for.

It's a nice place. Quiet. There's a courtyard with tables outside. It's a 2-minute walk from the town center, where they usually hold summer parties with barbecues and fresh water from the stream. It's really good. It's a nice little place overall.
