Excellent welcome and like feeling at home, there is maximum availability of all the staff, quiet place I recommend it to everyone

Excellent price. Old room and bathroom, need renovation. Very courteous service. Decent restaurant. Sufficient breakfast.

Excellent structure for both work and holidays. Comfortable bed, quite large room. Restaurant in the building with typical menu. Rich breakfast. Very kind staff. The only flaw is the little parking under the hotel but there is a municipal car park 50 m away.

3 night stay to visit the main Christmas markets.. excellent location 5 minutes from the center of Trento with parking both outside and in the garage. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. I expected breakfast to be different given the reviews, little choice but all in all good. The restaurant isn't exactly the best with some waiters who aren't so friendly... it's very, very hot in the rooms and in the hotel, which we pointed out to the always very helpful staff and at least in the room we solved it... fair value for money...

From 18th to 22nd December my husband and I stayed at the Vela hotel and we had a wonderful time. Warm and clean room, top quality/price ratio, all the staff were very kind and professional. We will be back. We highly recommend it.

Good hotel with good customer service, very friendly and helpful staff, a little away from the center of Trento but reachable in 10 minutes by car. Comfortable clean rooms and excellent breakfast.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, prices are ok, breakfast buffet is sufficient, there is a restaurant in the hotel with fair prices and good food.
