Hotel Tropis In Tropea

Beautiful and efficient structure

Accommodation is good, menu sounds good but is factually incorrect. Wine and food are mediocre to terrible. It's better to walk 10 minutes to Tropea and find a good trattoria.

A small, quiet, clean hotel with well-maintained rooms, with a pleasant and helpful staff. I recommend...

Was traveling with a group, the place is very pretty and worthwhile-

We wanted a vacation this year so we didn't have to worry about food and we once saw Tropea from the boat and wanted to visit it. The hotel is nice, clean, with a beautiful large pool. Luckily we booked a Comfort room, i.e. spacious and with a terrace 👍 The food was delicious!! Really. We even experienced a Calabrian dinner once. All local specialties to taste in a buffet. Cleaning was enough for us every other day and was done honestly. The pool bar with a bit of "lazy" service. No one noticed us at the window for quite a long time. Don't order a bowl of seasonal fruit. You get an apple, a pear, an old orange and a knife to cut....for 4 Euros 🥴 Stefano mainly served us at dinner?? originally from Slovakia. Very helpful and smiling 🙃 The hotel is unfortunately mainly inhabited by German tourists. They are noisy, arrogant, a bit of a pig at the table, but their hard Euro makes up for everything. Unfortunately, the staff treated them that way. Very helpful and preferential. The staff (especially at the reception and at the food) was frowning and quite cold towards us. Even though we try to communicate in Italian, we don't ask for anything extra from them and we smile. You could order a transfer to and from the beach and pick up a ticket for free beach service. The guy who drove was great.

I can now call myself a regular at the hotel. We've been here several times over the past few months, and we've always found the staff to be courteous, as well as professional and high-quality. The chef offers a variety of exquisite dishes, lovingly prepared by the chef, with a wide variety of both meat and fish. The breakfast is incredibly generous; my brother-in-law, who enjoyed it, knows a thing or two about it, so much so that he barely ate anything at lunch. What more can I say? Nothing, except "See you soon." I don't know how many of you, but the important thing is to relax a bit in a beautiful place. "Beautiful, HOTEL TROPIS TROPEA COSTA DEGLI DEI".........

Every summer, our family happily returns to Hotel Tropis in Tropea, and it's always a good thing. The 4-star hotel truly lives up to its standards: meticulously maintained, clean, and welcoming, it instantly conveys a sense of well-being and relaxation. The location is excellent: just a few minutes' walk from the center of Tropea, with its quaint alleys and unique atmosphere, without having to use a car. This makes our stay even more enjoyable and convenient. Another highlight we particularly love is the pool: large, well-maintained, and ideal for both relaxation and family fun. It's perfect for alternating days at the beach with moments of tranquility without leaving the hotel. Not to mention the cuisine, which is always excellent: fresh dishes, carefully prepared, and rich in authentic flavors, with an excellent quality-price ratio that never disappoints. Every meal becomes a pleasant experience to share. Overall, Hotel Tropis is a guarantee for those seeking a comfortable vacation, with attentive service, tidy spaces, a strategic location, and a splendid pool to relax in. We recommend it without hesitation to anyone seeking a quality stay at a fair price.

I recommend this wonderful property to everyone. I stayed in August, an unforgettable experience in every way. The staff were extremely kind and attentive to every need. The food was delicious. Ottimo hotel accogliente, pulito , a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria Camera silenziosa, con vista mare e con ampio terrazzino. Materasso comodissimo. Cambio quotidiano asciugamani e telo doccia. La colazione e la cena a buffet sono ricche, varie e gustose Complimenti allo chef ed al maitre per la gestione della sala pranzo Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La navetta che porta al lido Alex ( ottima la sua pizza margherita ) è puntuale e rispettosa degli orari indicati dall’hotel . Peccato per la spiaggia risicata e per gli ombrelloni troppo vicini . Auspicabile che in futuro si contemplino per la navetta orari che diano la possibilità di scendere a mare nel tardo pomeriggio e risalire in serata per poter osservare il tramonto che è bellissimo

Ho soggiornato per 8 notti in questo hotel insieme a mio marito. La posizione dell’hotel è strategica se si vuole visitare Tropea, vicino al centro ma fuori dal casino. Era la seconda volta che ci tornavamo e che dire, ogni volta è sempre un piacere!!! Accoglienza alla reception fantastica… Benito, Giulia e Giuseppe sempre con il sorriso, super carini e disponibili. Stanza pulita e con posizione perfetta, da dove ci siamo goduti dei meravigliosi tramonti. Colazione buona. Staff in sala altrettanto gentile e premuroso. Alla prossima ragazzi, continuate così….
