We've stayed at the hotel three times, and it's become one of our favorites. You can't help but feel at home. Mr. Toni and all the staff are simply fantastic.

Service 20 out of 10 - Food 20 out of 10. Truly great - even with children. Elisabeth and Toni are simply wonderful hosts. They and their team offer service and cuisine (home-style) that would make any 5-star hotel green with envy. This is our third time here, and it's simply wonderful.

We can only give 5 stars here. A super friendly team. The rooms are very modern. The pool can even be used at the end of April. Great breakfast! and unfortunately we only know this from stories, a great evening menu. Unfortunately we didn't know this beforehand. The head of the house cooks the menu himself every day. Even at breakfast nothing was left to be desired. Everyone was very accommodating and friendly. What's also great is that you can use public transport to the nearest towns (Merano, Bolzano) free of charge. We'll definitely be back. Kind regards Florian and Heike

11/10/2025: The waiter who set the table also cleaned the chairs very carefully. Overall, the service was very attentive and friendly. The dumplings were amazing and the portions generous. A special thanks to Francesco for his hospitality.
30/09/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance and had pizza. It was absolutely delicious 😋 The service was very friendly, and we felt very comfortable. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Bruneck.

Restaurant Ciola'

03/09/2025: I really enjoy eating here. The food is always excellent, the service is top-notch and very competent, and the atmosphere is pleasant and harmonious. All in all, I highly recommend it. Thanks to the entire staff and, of course, the owner.
19/08/2025: We dined at this restaurant, aware of the high prices given the house specialty—steakhouse steak. However, I found the price to be truly excessive for the result, which, in my companion's case, was pleasant (an excellent fillet), but in my case, very mixed: a classic salmon and crostini appetizer (which therefore can't really be bad), and an over-seasoned and dark tartare for the main course that I left uneaten. The sorbet at the end was very alcoholic and in excessive quantity. In short, €70 per person (counting three glasses of wine, not a bottle) is truly excessive. Very friendly staff.
