Hotel Sylva & Risto Vegan In Cattolica

We had lunch here. The staff were very friendly. It's a small place, and the food was quite good. Unfortunately, my tempeh with vegetables was quite bitter, and, for my personal taste, it had too much ginger, which overpowered the other flavors. I'd definitely go back.

I have eaten at Risto Vegan several times and I always return with enthusiasm! Barbara is always available and attentive, she carefully selects ingredients and raw materials to prepare tasty and unique Veg delicacies!

Grazie a happy cow abbiamo trovato questo posto, che comunque ci era stato suggerito da altri amici vegani della zona e non. Ci aspettavamo piatti validi, ma non così sbalorditivi! Abbiamo prenotato mezz'ora prima avvisando che saremmo arrivati con due bimbe piccole affamate. All'ora del nostro arrivo ci hanno servito praticamente subito la pasta concordata per le bimbe: pasta al pomodoro, basilico e tofu. Una meraviglia anche per noi grandi che abbiamo assaggiato le due pennette avanzate. Per noi abbiamo chiesto i ravioli (di spinaci) con asparagi e timo su creme fraiche di soia e una bella grattata di stagionato di lenticchie. Porzioni tra l'altro consistenti. Abbiamo poi optato per i due dolci: una cheesecake in coppetta (senza glutine) e una mousse al dattero, nocciole e cocco con biscottino da urlo! Consigliatissimo! Sarà una sicura tappa nei futuri viaggi in zona!

We stayed as a couple in this small hotel but with everything you need, very clean, simple rooms, with new furniture and with everything you need and an exceptional hostess! They serve an excellent vegan breakfast but you can also ask for some non-vegan options (they are very welcoming) but the best is the little restaurant (vegan), you eat very well!! I hope to return soon!!

We stayed here, following other friends, and joining at the last minute. Perhaps for this reason, we had a room in a non-renovated wing of the hotel with an interior from the 90s. Overall, nothing essential was missing, and the owner compensated with her availability and kindness. The hotel is located in the heart of Cattolica, near the central streets of the promenade, shopping and clubs and a few steps from the sea. In the evening we also appreciated the cuisine of the restaurant, really small (about 20 seats in total). We were served quickly. Dishes in a limited number, adequate for the size of the place, but Good. The cuisine was a pleasant surprise. Kind and welcoming staff.

Locale molto piccolo con pochi coperti (consigliato prenotare!), dall’atmosfera molto rilassata e cordiale. Le pietanze proposte sono segnate su una lavagna, e normalmente il menù prevede due piatti etnici, tre/quattro primi e tre/quattro secondi. Ci è piaciuto tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato, anche se abbiamo trovato le porzioni poco abbondanti e i prezzi invece un po’ troppo alti. Dolci così così.

Spectacular (with a Romagna accent) ❤️ I was in a hurry and they welcomed me after hours and prepared some truly delicious dishes. Very grateful to this place, to the people who live there and to the good ethical cuisine 🙏

I don't know what the hotel is like, but the restaurant is small, but very nice, excellent options, good vegan food and a reasonable price. Advised.
